Gar agetor.
Gar agetor. The subject of the present invention is a garage door which is provided with guide rollers which cooperate with since union, vertically arranged guides. There are also guide guides which are designed in such a way and are in working connection with castors attached to the gate that the gate can be moved from the vertical closed position into an approximately horizontal, high-lying open position and vice versa.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows a side view, with a section through the gate, in an inclined position, the same, FIG. 2 shows a view in the one indicated in FIG Seen in the direction of the arrow, with the gate closed, Fig. 3 is a horizontal section along the line AA in Fig.2, while Figs. 4 and 5 illustrate detailed variants on a larger scale.
The goal a is arranged between two lateral, vertical guides b, which suitably have a U-shaped profile. On the lower part of the gate, below its center of gravity, a roller holder with a guide roller c is arranged on each side. The guide rollers c are housed within the lateral guides b, such that they can turn slightly moved in the vertical direction.
On each side of the upper part of the gate a a guide d is made fixed to the wall, which is in Arbeitsverbin manure with a steering roller e, which is mounted on the gate itself. These guide guides d are designed such that the door can be moved from the verti cal closed position into an approximately horizontal, high-lying open position and vice versa. Each guide d is built from two similarly designed round bars, between which the steering roller e is guided.
Instead of round bars, tubes or U-shaped profile bars (Fig. 4) or flat bars (Fig. 5) etc. can also be used. The steering rollers can also, as can be seen from Fig. 5, be provided with a guide flange.
On the side of the gate stops m are placed, which in the closed position lie against the guides b. The same purpose is fulfilled by stop bars n attached to the guides b. The bars in, n also serve to seal the unavoidable slots that remain between the gate and the guides. "To open the gate,
it is moved diagonally upwards outwards using a handle f attached to the lower end, the guide rollers c performing a vertical movement upwards, while the guide rollers follow the guide guides, so that the door gradually moves from the vertical position to an almost horizontal position passes. To transfer the gate from the open position to the closed position, it is sufficient to pull one pull on the loop g attached to the lower, inner end.
In order to be able to reduce the expenditure of force when opening and closing the gate to a minimum, a counterweight h is arranged on each side, which by means of a wire rope k or the like guided over a guide pulley with the Roller holder of the guide roller c is connected.
