Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man wertvolle  saure Farbstoffe der     Anthrachinonreihe,    die  Wolle grün färben, erhält, wenn man eine  Verbindung der     Anthrachinonreihe,    die in       1.4-Stellung    gegen     Iminoreste    austausch  fähige     Substituenten    enthält, mit     4-Amino-          diphenyl,

      seinen Homologen oder     Substitu-          tionsprodukten    zur Umsetzung bringt und  die so erhaltenen Stoffe     sulfiert.    So erhält  man beispielsweise aus     1.4-Dielilorantbra-          chinon        durch.Austausch    beider Chloratome  gegen die Reste des     4-Amitiodiphenyls    und  nachträgliche     Stilfierung    des Kondensations  produktes einen Farbstoff, der aus saurem  Bade auf Wolle     gelbstichig    grüne Färbungen  liefert, die sich durch hervorragende     Echt-          heltseigenschaften    auszeichnen.

   Vergleichs  weise besitzen diese Färbungen gegenüber  solchen mit bekannten     riarbstoffen    in dieser  Nuance erzeugten eine gesteigerte     Wasch-          und        Walkechtheit    und bessere Egalität, be  sonders in Kombinationen.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren  Wollfarbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe,    nach  welchem man<B>1</B>     Mol        Chinizarin    mit 2     Mol          4-Aminodiphenyl    zur Umsetzung bringt und  den so erhaltenen Stoff     sulflert.     



  <I>Beispiel.</I>  <B>10</B> Gewichtsteile     Leukochinizarin,    20 Ge  wichtsteile     Chinizarin    und 20 Gewichtsteile  Borsäure werden mit<B>300</B>     Gewichtsteilen        4-          Aminodiphenyl    unter Rühren im Stickstoff  strom auf 140-150<B>0</B> erhitzt, bis die Schmelze  eine klare grüne Farbe angenommen hat.  Man leitet jetzt bei gleicher Temperatur Luft  ein und destilliert das überschüssige     4-Amino-          diphenyl    im Vakuum ab, kocht den Farbstoff  mit Alkohol aus und kristallisiert aus Benzol  um, Er stellt bronzeglänzende Kristalle vom  Schmelzpunkt 252-254<B>'</B>dar. In konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure löst er sich mit blauer  Farbe auf.

        Der Farbstoff wird hierauf in     ca.   <B>5</B>     1/oigem          Oleum    bei<B>0 0</B>     sulfiert.    Die     Sulfosäure    färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in grünen Tönen an.  Die Färbungen     zeichnen'sich    durch hervor  ragende Echtheitseigenschaften aus.  



  Im Farbstoff befinden sich wahrscheinlich  2     Sulfogruppen    in der     4'-Stellung    der     Diphe-          nylreste.     



  Das bei der Reaktion verwendete     Leuko-          chinizarin    dient gewissermassen als Kataly  sator und die nach Beendigung in die Schmelze  eingeleitete Luft dient dazu, etwa noch vor  handene     Leukoverbindung    in die eigentlichen       Anthrachinonderivate        überzuführen.

The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of an acidic wool dye of the anthraquinone series, according to which 1 mol of quinizarine is reacted with 2 mol of 4-aminodiphenyl and the substance thus obtained is sulphurized.



  <I> Example. </I> <B> 10 </B> parts by weight of leucoquinizarine, 20 parts by weight of quinizarine and 20 parts by weight of boric acid are mixed with <B> 300 </B> parts by weight of 4- aminodiphenyl with stirring in a stream of nitrogen to 140- 150 <B> 0 </B> until the melt has turned a clear green color. Air is now passed in at the same temperature and the excess 4-aminodiphenyl is distilled off in vacuo, the dye is boiled out with alcohol and recrystallized from benzene. It produces shiny bronze crystals with a melting point of 252-254 represent. In concentrated sulfuric acid it dissolves with a blue color.

        The dye is then sulfated in about 5% oleum at 0 0. The sulfonic acid stains wool from an acid bath in green shades. The dyeings are distinguished by their excellent fastness properties.



  There are probably 2 sulfo groups in the 4 'position of the diphenyl radicals in the dye.



  The leucoquinizarin used in the reaction serves to some extent as a catalyst, and the air introduced into the melt after completion is used to convert any leuco compounds that may still be present into the actual anthraquinone derivatives.

Die Sulfosäure färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in grünen Tönen an. Die Färbungen zeichnen sich durch hervorragende Echtheits eigenschaften aus.
