Einrichtung an periodisch Werte aufzeichnenden Apparaten.
Installation on apparatus that periodically records values. Apparatuses which periodically record values are known in which the measurement periods are seamlessly connected to one another. In these apparatuses, the recording means, primarily roller counters, are available in duplicate and act alternately, so that during a measuring period one recording means is adjusted accordingly according to the measured value obtained during this period and the recording is made at the end of the measuring period. where the other recording medium is brought back to zero during this measurement period,
whereupon the interaction of the recording means occurs in the next measurement period.
Due to the double arrangement of the recording means and their alternating action, these devices result in a complicated, space-consuming apparatus, require a large width of the paper on which the recordings take place, since the recordings require and result in two columns running next to one another also a confusing reading because the values can be read alternately in one and the other column.
The invention aims to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned and has a device for periodically recording values, the apparatus with continuously consecutive measurement periods, according to which means during the time of the recording process, that is, the recording period occurring after each measurement period Store value pulses and send them to the recording medium after the recording process, i.e. during the next measurement period.
The drawing shows schematically an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely in Fig. 1 viewed from the front and in Fig. 2 from the right of Fig. 1, where, however, parts of the mechanism are omitted because of the clear union representation; FIGS. D and 4 illustrate a variant in side and front views. 1 is the drive pulley of an electricity meter, which influences a release device, which has a shaft 2 provided with flats and a double lever 3 that cooperates with this shaft and the recesses.
The latter lever sits on a shaft 4, which is connected on the one hand to a wind vane 5 and on the other hand via Ge gear 6 with an energy storage device provided by a spring 7 is. On the shaft 4 also sits a Sonnenrarl 8 of a differential gear 8, 9, 10.
The second sun gear 10 of said differential gear is on the one hand with a ratchet wheel 11 of an escapement and on the other hand via gears 12 with the other end of the spring 7, and via a shaft 12 ', which the spring 7 serves as an axis, with the recording medium, which by a Rol ldruckwerk 13 is shown connected. The ratchet wheel 11 is connected to the rotor 15 of a Ferrari drive 15, 16 via a gear 14.
The axis 17 of the planetary gear 19 passes freely rotatably through the hub of the sun gear 10 and is mounted with a tip 18 in the shaft 4 so that it is completely independent of the latter with regard to its rotation. A pawl 19, which interacts with the ratchet wheel 11, is firmly seated on the axle 17.
The means that periodically determine the recording is shown in the drawing by a thumbwheel 20 which has four stroke thumbs, a 1/4 hour measurement period being assumed. On the Dau tnenrad 20 is a standing under the influence of a spring 21 double lever 22, of which a bent end 23 cooperates with an angle lever 24 deraxt that jo after the lever 22 is on the tip or at the bottom of a thumb 20, the end 23 the one resp. other bent end of the lever 24 holds captive.
The angle lever 24 is seated together with a topfarti gene disc 25 and a gear 26 on a shaft 27 on which a driving force, not shown in the drawing, acts in the direction of arrow 28. A wind wing 29, which is connected via gear 29 'to the gear 26, dampens the Dre hung of the shaft 27. The flange of the pot-like disc 25 has a recess 30 and against the front edge of the flange is a roller 31, which means an arm 32 sits on a shaft 33, is under the action of a tension spring 34 and is firmly connected to a pawl 35.
The operation of the device described is as follows: During a measuring period the thumb wheel 20 stands still and thereby locks the angle lever 24 by means of the lever 22, the roller 31 lying in the recess 30 and the pawl 35 leaving the ratchet wheel 11 unaffected. Assuming that it is now in any phase of this measurement period, the drive 15, 16 by the engagement of the pawl 19 in the ratchet 11 of the escapement is stopped, when the counter 1 triggers the double lever 3 of the triggering device, the Shaft 4 rotated under the influence of force storage spring 7 in the direction of arrow 36 by 1/2 a turn.
The rotation of the shaft 4 causes the planet wheel 9 to roll between the rotating sun wheel 8 and the stationary sun wheel 10, so that the pawl 19 releases the ratchet wheel 11 and the drive can rotate the sun wheel 10. At the same time the roller printing unit 13 is switched accordingly white ter and the spring 7 is tensioned again.
The rotation of the sun gear 10 causes the planet gear 9 to roll back on the now stationary sun gear 8, so that the pawl 19 locks the ratchet wheel 11 again. The gear ratios in the gears in question for these work movements, as well as the division of the ratchet wheel 11, must of course be selected so that each time the roller printing unit 13 is triggered at 2 and 3, the roller printing unit 13 is advanced by one unit.
As can be seen from what has been described, the pulses occurring up to the end of the measuring period explained are immediately transmitted by the drive 15, 16 to the roller printing unit 13. At the end of the measurement period, i.e. after a quarter of an hour, the lever 22 snaps off the thumb of the wheel 20, with which it was operationally connected up to now, and since its end 23 releases the relevant arm of the angle lever 24, but at the same time comes into the area of the other arm of the angle lever, so that when the axis 27 has made almost one revolution under the influence of its driving force: it is locked again.
At the beginning of the rotation of the shaft 27, the roller 31 is lifted out of the recess 30 of the flange of the disc 25 and runs until the end of the rotation on the front edge of the flange, that is, the pawl 35 locks the ratchet wheel 11 approximately for the duration of the rotation of shaft 27.
If pulses come during this time, that is, if triggers at \ ?, 3 take place, the sun gear 10 can there. it stands still all this time, do not cause the planet gear 9 to roll back, but each pulse causes the planet gear 9 to roll further on the sun gear 10 and -da by further removing the pawl 19 from the ratchet wheel 11, i.e. the Im pulses are stored.
If the winch lever 24 has been caught again by the lever 22, that is, the shaft 27 has made approximately one revolution, the pawl 35 is lifted out of the ratchet 11 so that the drive 15, 16 is free and the roller printing unit 13 indexes until the planet wheel 9 rolling back on the sun gear 8 brings the pawl 19 back into engagement with the ratchet wheel 11, that is, the stored pulses are passed on to the roller printing unit 13-. Any new impulses that may be added during this work process each result in the planet gear 9 rolling on the sun gear 10 temporarily.
From what has been said, it can be seen that in the case of measurement periods that are seamlessly connected to one another during the recording process, i.e. the registration period, impulses that occur are not lost, but are stored for registration during the next measurement period. The means for achieving this mode of operation are much simpler than in the case of the known apparatus mentioned at the outset, it allows the recording paper to be kept narrower and allows easy reading, since if, as in the exemplary embodiment, a roller printer is used as the recording means, the values are all in one single column can be read.
The recording can also be done other than by printing numbers, for example, the values can be represented by lines of different lengths. The other sub-mechanisms of the entire facility could also be replaced by equivalent, differently designed ones. An example of this is the variant according to FIGS. 3 and 4, which represents a different triggering device.
According to this variant, instead of the shaft 2 of the first-described embodiment, an armature 37 is provided which has impact pallets 38, 39 with which the double lever 3 cooperates. The anchor 37 is controlled by means of an arm 40 of an eccentric 41 which is rotated by the counter drive pulley 1 and which lies between rollers 42 which are mounted on a fork of the lever 40. With every half revolution of the eccentric 41, a release takes place in that the double lever 3 is released once from the stop pallet 38 and the next time from that 39.
