Description

       

  Brüharmatur mit Brühgloeke für    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Brüh  armatur mit Brühglocke für Kaffeemaschi  nen, welche     unter    Dampfdruck arbeiten,  zum Brühen von Kaffee in     Einzeltassen    und  Portionen.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dar.  



  Fig. 1 stellt den Vertikalschnitt im Auf  riss,  Fig. 2 die Ansicht der Bohrungen (Stopf  büchse herausgenommen), und  Fig. 3 die Ansicht im Aufriss dar.  



  Das Gehäuse 1 hat drei Bohrungen 2, 3  und 4. 2 ist der Wasserkanal, 3 der Dampf  kanal, und 4 und 10 bilden die Abführ  leitung des Überdruckes nach dem Brühvor  gang. Die Blindschraube 6 versperrt den  Kanal 4 gegen den Kessel 5. Die Bohrung  9     mündet    in den Dampfkessel 3 und hat den  Zweck, dass auch, je nach der Verwendung  bezw. Anordnung der Brüharmatur, der  Dampf von aussen angeschlossen werden  kann; im letzteren Fall wird das freie Ende    der Bohrung 3 mittelst Schraube verschlos  sen. Am Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Boh  rung 3 frei und Bohrung 9 aussen ver  schlossen (Fig.3).  



  Der Kolben 7 ist in bekannter Weise mit  dem Hebel 11 verbunden. 8 ist eine Dich  tungsscheibe mit einer Nut 12, die je nach  der Hebelstellung den entsprechenden Kanal  frei gibt. Die Stopfbüchse ist so angeordnet,  dass durch Lösen der Schraube 13 die ganze  Stopfbüchsenpartie bequem und rasch zum  Zwecke des Einschleifens oder zum Reinigen  ,der Kanäle 2, 3 und 4 herausgenommen Wer  den kann.  



  Am Auge 14 ist die Brühglocke 15, gegen  Verdrehung gesichert,     mittelst        Sahraub-          stutzen    16 angeschraubt     und        abgedichtet.     Der     .Schraubstutzen    16 hat kleine Bohrun  gen 17, welche das Wasser auf das Sieb 18  verteilen, letzteres wird durch den Schrau  benkopf 19 gehalten.

   In der tief eingedreh  ten     Ringnut    sitzt der Gummiring 20 derart,  ,dass der Siebhalter 21 noch in die Ringnut       satt    eingreift,     der        Gummiring    nicht aus-           weichen        kann    und infolgedessen auch nicht  mit dem Kaffee in Berührung kommt.  



  Die auf dem Markt befindlichen Brüh  armaturen dieser Art haben den Nachteil,  dass der Kaffee mit dem den Siebhalter an  der Glocke abdichtenden Gummiring in Be  rührung kommt und den Geschmack des fer  tigen Getränkes nachteilig beeinflusst.  



  Die Blühglocke 15 (Fig. 3) hat zwei ein  ander diametral gegenüberliegende     Doppel-          Bajonettverschlussnuten    22, deren freie       Schenkel   <B>je</B> eine schiefe Ebene 22a bilden,  auf welcher die am Siebhalter 21 einander  gegenüberliegenden Rollen 23, welche um  Zapfen 24 drehbar sind, beim Drehen am  Griff 25 aufliegen und den Siebhalter ab  dichten.  



  Durch die doppelseitige     Ausbildung    der  Bajonettnuten 22 kann die Blüharmatur so  wohl durch Rechts-, wie durch Linksdrehen  des Siebhalters abgedichtet werden. Der An  schlag<B>26</B> dient zum leichteren Einführen  des Siebhalters 21 in die Glocke 15. Das  Filtersieb 27 ist im Halter 21 eingesprengt.  Die Bedienung der Blüharmatur ist sehr  einfach und kann mit einer Hand geschehen.  Der Blühvorgang ist bekannt und stellt  niehts Neues dar.

  The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.



  Fig. 1 shows the vertical section in elevation, Fig. 2 shows the view of the holes (stuffing box removed), and Fig. 3 shows the view in elevation.



  The housing 1 has three bores 2, 3 and 4. 2 is the water channel, 3 is the steam channel, and 4 and 10 form the discharge line of the excess pressure after the Brühvor gang. The blind screw 6 blocks the channel 4 against the boiler 5. The bore 9 opens into the steam boiler 3 and has the purpose that, depending on the use or respectively. Arrangement of the brewing armature, the steam can be connected from the outside; in the latter case the free end of the bore 3 is closed by means of a screw. In the exemplary embodiment, the Boh tion 3 is free and bore 9 outside ver closed (Fig.3).



  The piston 7 is connected to the lever 11 in a known manner. 8 is a log processing disk with a groove 12, which releases the corresponding channel depending on the lever position. The stuffing box is arranged so that by loosening the screw 13 the whole stuffing box part can be removed easily and quickly for the purpose of grinding in or for cleaning, the channels 2, 3 and 4 who can.



  The brewing bell 15, secured against rotation, is screwed to the eye 14 by means of a Sahraub connector 16 and sealed. The .Schraubstutzen 16 has small holes 17, which distribute the water on the sieve 18, the latter is held by the screw head 19.

   The rubber ring 20 sits in the deeply screwed-in annular groove in such a way that the strainer holder 21 still engages fully in the annular groove, the rubber ring cannot escape and consequently does not come into contact with the coffee.



  The brewing fittings of this type on the market have the disadvantage that the coffee comes into contact with the rubber ring that seals the strainer holder on the bell and adversely affects the taste of the finished drink.



  The flower bell 15 (FIG. 3) has two diametrically opposite double bayonet locking grooves 22, the free legs of which each form an inclined plane 22a on which the rollers 23 on the screen holder 21 opposite one another, which around pegs 24 are rotatable, rest on the handle 25 when turning and seal the screen holder.



  Due to the double-sided design of the bayonet grooves 22, the flowering valve can be sealed by turning the screen holder to the right or to the left. The stop <B> 26 </B> serves to facilitate the introduction of the screen holder 21 into the bell 15. The filter screen 27 is snapped into the holder 21. The flowering armature is very easy to operate and can be done with one hand. The flowering process is known and is nothing new.

PATENT CLAIM: Flower fitting with flower bell for coffee machines, characterized in that the flower bell has two diametrically opposed double bayonet locking grooves, the free legs of which each form an inclined plane on which diametrically opposite rollers of the screen holder rest and the seal work, the whole thing in such a way that by means of the symmetrically arranged bayonet locking grooves, the flowering valve can be sealed by turning the screen holder clockwise as well as by turning it counterclockwise.
