  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines starkbasischen     Porphins.       Das vorliegende Verfahren     betrifft    die Dar  stellung eines starkbasischen     Porphins    und  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     Phyllo-          porphyrinmonomethylester    mit     Diäthylamino-          äthylendiamin    behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  1     gr        Phylloporphyrinmonomethylester    wird  zusammen mit 5 cm'     Diäthylaminoäthylendi-          amin    in der Silberhülse im     Einschlussrohr     5     Stunden    lang auf<B>1800</B> erhitzt, 'wobei die  Bildung des neuen     Porphins    unter Abspal  tung des Methylalkohols stattfindet. Der Rohr  inhalt wird mit Chloroform aufgenommen,  filtriert und unter Zusatz von Methanol ein  geengt, bis der     Ohloroformgeruch    verschwun  den ist.

   Dann kristallisiert das Reaktions  produkt in schönen prismatischen Nadeln  vom     korr.        Smp.    235 0     (unzersetzt)    aus. Zur  Analyse wurde das Präparat nach mehrfacher       Umkristallisation    aus einem Gemisch von  Chloroform und Methanol im Hochvakuum  bei 25 0 zur Gewichtskonstanz getrocknet.

   Die Lösung  seiner Salze mit starken Säuren in Wasser  reagiert neutral und zeigt     Neutralspektrum.     



  Die Analyse bestätigt das Vorliegen eines  von     Phylloporphyrinester-verschiedenen,    neuen       Porphins.

Das neue starkbasische Porphin stellt einen dunkelrotbraunen Farbstoff dar, dessen Basizität so gross ist, dass er einer ätherischen Lösung mit beliebig schwachen Säuren quan titativ entnommen werden kann.
