Drive device for cinematographic reproduction apparatus. With cinematographic playback devices, the power source is rigidly or frictionally connected to the work. In the last-mentioned type of connection, it is known to arrange friction wheels between the power source, for example an electric motor, and the main shaft of the cinema playback apparatus. It has also already been proposed to connect a pulley driven by the power source through a Pese with a work part of the cinema apparatus. This part of the work. Of the cinema device is mostly in the rotating lock formed as a cord disc.
From these known devices, the subject of the invention's drive device for cinematographic playback apparatus with a frictional connection between the power source and the work differs in that at least one friction wheel is arranged between a drive disk connected to the power source and the rotating closure disk.
Through a particularly practical design of this drive device, in addition to the shutdown of the shutter disc and thus the film advancing device, a change in the direction of rotation of the driven shutter can be achieved by interposing another friction wheel between the power source and the work.
In .der drawing three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 a cinematographic reproduction apparatus provided with the first embodiment form in plan view and partially in section, Fig. 2 and 3 each a section along the line AA of Fig. 1 in the direction of the arrow see ge in different positions of the friction wheel, Fig. 4 and 5, a second embodiment according to Figs. 2 and 3,
Fig. 6 is a top view and partial section of a cinema playback device provided with the third embodiment, Fig. 7 is a view of the work plate of this embodiment, the friction wheels set for forward movement of the work, Fig. 8 is the same view as Fig. 7, the friction wheels set to a standstill, Fig. 9 the same view as Fig. 7, the friction wheels set to reverse, and Fig. 10 shows a side view of the work plate.
An electric motor 2, for example, is built into the cinema playback apparatus 1 as a power source. 3 denotes the light source, 4 denotes the optical elements, and 10 denotes the shutter. On the drive shaft 6 of the electric motor 2, a drive disk 7 is attached. A loosely mounted on the axle 8 friction wheel 9 is net angeord between the drive pulley 7 of the electric motor and the rotating closure disk 10. A toggle switch 11 arranged on the outside of the cinema housing 1 is connected with its inwardly projecting end 11a with a linkage 12.
Through the linkage 12 a fire protection disc 13 which is attached to the double-armed lever 14 is actuated. In addition, a double-armed lever 16, which is rotatable at 17 bar, is pivoted by means of a cam 15 on the linkage 12. The shaft 8 of the friction wheel 9 is mounted in a slidably guided link 18 on the free end of the double-armed lever.
A spring 19 pulls the lever 16 against the locking disc 10 and thus holds the nose 16a seen on the lever 16 in contact with the cam 15 of the linkage 12, while a spring 20, the link 18 and thus the friction wheel 9 in the direction against Ziplock pulls. A leaf spring 21 is used to lock the rocker arm 1'1 in its end positions.
The mode of operation of this drive device is as follows: In the position of the work parts, as shown in FIG. 2, the friction wheel 9 is pressed by the springs 19 and 20 both against the drive disk 7 and against the rotary closure disk 10 pulled so that there is a friction-locking connection between the parts 7 and 10 and the rotary locking disk is set in rotation by the power source.
The rest of the work, gripper and transport drum are connected to the shaft carrying the rotary locking disk. If the toggle switch is placed in the position shown in Fig. 1, the linkage 12 is moved from the position shown in Fig. 2 to the position shown in Fig. 3,
which in turn pivots the lever 14 with the fire protection pane 1.3 and the double-armed lever 16 with the friction wheel 9. As a result, the friction wheel 9 is removed from the drive disk 7 and the fire protection disk is switched into the beam path of the cinema apparatus (Fig. 3). The work and the transport organs are thus switched off from the power source. The fire protection pane 1.3 prevents the film from igniting during the standstill projection.
By moving the rocker arm 11 back, the elements return to their original position (Fig. 2), and the work of the cinema machine is switched on again.
In the embodiment shown in Figs. 4 and 5, in order to be able to reverse the illustrated book out of standstill, instead of the linkage 12 and .des double-armed lever 16, a lever 21 is pivotably mounted on the drive shaft 6 which on one arm the friction wheel 9 and on the other arm a friction wheel 9a with an intermediate gear 9b is rotatably Gela Gert. The lever 21 can be pivoted by means of a button that protrudes to the outside of the cinema playback apparatus, the individual intermediate positions being secured by locking devices (not shown).
The mode of operation of this device is as follows: If the lever is in the position shown in Fig. 4, the movement of the drive disk 7 is transmitted via the friction wheel 9 to the rotary closure disk 10 in the same way as in the embodiment described first.
If, on the other hand, the lever is swiveled into the position shown in dotted lines in Fig. 5, the friction wheel 9 is removed from the rotary lock washer 10 and the positive connection between the rotary lock washer and friction wheel 9 is interrupted, so that the movement is switched off when the engine continues to run and the device is set to projection at a standstill.
When the lever is pivoted further to the position shown with full lines in FIG. 5, the friction wheel 9a comes into contact with the rotary closure disk 10, so that, as a result of the intermediate wheel 9b, this has an opposite direction of rotation than before. In addition to a standstill, this also enables the illustrated book to return.
By .the frictional force-locking drive in both embodiments and in the forward and reverse device of the work according to the last-described embodiment, shocks when switching without installing clutches or other bumpers that make the apparatus expensive are reliably avoided.
Another advantageous embodiment of the device is that several friction wheels are arranged on a rotatably arranged plate, which provide the connection between the drive disk of the motor and the rotating closure disk.
In the drawing, such an embodiment of the mentioned embodiment of the device is shown in FIGS. 6 to 10.
The housing of the cinema playback apparatus provided with the example is closed by a plate 1a on which the drive parts are arranged. The drive pulley 7 is attached to the drive shaft 6 of the electric motor, while the friction wheels 9, 9a and 9b are arranged on the plate 30, which is rotatably mounted about the axis 32. The axes on which the friction wheels are mounted by means of ball bearings are to the levers 33, 34 respectively. 35 pivotable.
The levers 34 and 3.5 with the friction wheels 9a and 9b are pulled by a spring 36 against the drive disk 7 located between the two friction wheels, while the lever 33 with the friction wheel 9 rests loosely between the friction wheel 9b and the closure disk 10. The circuit board 30 is attached to the plate by means of screws 37 and passed through slots 38. The board also has a slot 39 into which a pin 40 engages, which is fastened eccentrically on a square 41 rotatably mounted in the work plate.
A modified adjusting knob 42 is connected to the square outside the work plate for setting the square. Furthermore, the lever 12 is articulated eccentrically to the axis of rotation of the square on the square forming the axis of the adjusting knob.
A leaf spring 43, which is fastened to the work plate la by means of the screw 44 and is supported by a pin 45, rests against a side surface of the square 41 and locks the adjusting knob in its end positions. The lever 12 has a recess 46 by means of which it is guided on the axis of rotation 1.4a of the lever 14 carrying the fire protection disk 13. In addition, the lever 12 sits upwardly and downwardly extending lugs 12a and 12b, which protrude in the area of the limit stops 14b and 140 attached to the lever 14.
A spring 47, which is on the one hand on the work plate la and on the other hand fastened to the lever 14 be, seeks to pull the lever constantly into the beam path of the light source.
The mode of operation of this drive device is as follows: If the rotatable plate 30 is in the position shown in FIG. 2, the movement of the motor drive disk 7 is transmitted to the closure disk 10 via the friction wheel 9a. During this transmission, the locking disk is set in rotation in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 7).
As in the device described above, the other drive elements of the cinema playback apparatus are connected to the axis of the closure disc, so that when the 11 'iotor is switched on, the entire apparatus is activated for normal projection.
The fire shield 13 on the lever 14 is held by the approach 12a of the lever 12, which is on the limit stop 14u, against the action of the spring 47 outside the beam path of the light source. By turning the A knob 42 on the outside of the work plate yes, the square 41 and thus the pin 40 and the hinge point 12c pivoted by 90, with the slot and pin connection 39, 40 and the board 30 with the He located on it blades 33, 34, 35 and friction wheels 9,
9a and 9u is pivoted in such a way that the work parts take the position shown in Fig. 8.
The connection of the friction wheel 9a to the closure disk 10 was released by the aforementioned rotation of the button 42, without another friction wheel coming into contact with the closure disk. Turn the friction wheels. So in this position empty, the locking disc with the other drive organs remains. In other words: the cinema playback device is set to "standstill".
However, since the lever 12 was swiveled with the square, the limit stop 14u is free and the spring 47 pulls the fire protection pane into the beam path of the light source (Fig. 8).
If the knob 42 is rotated further in the same direction as before, the plate 30 is shifted into the position shown in FIG. In this position, the friction wheel 9 comes into contact with the closure disk 10, so that the rotation of the motor drive disk is transmitted to the closure disk 10 via the friction wheels 9b and 9. During this transfer, the sealing disc rotates in the opposite direction, as shown in Fig. 7.
All drive parts are therefore set in reverse motion by the closure disk. A pivoting of the lever 12 around the pin 12e by 180 was made possible by the fact that the pin 40 can enter the recess 47 of the lever 12 on the square in the position according to FIG. In this position, the fire protection window lever 14 is removed from the beam path of the light source again by the projection 12u, which engages behind the limiting stop 14e.
Switching back to normal, i.e. forward projection, takes place in reverse order. as described.
