Chacun des bras6, respectivement7, est monté rotativement sur le socle5 grâceà un arbre vertical10 porté par le socle de façonà pouvoir tourner sur lui-môme et autour duquel peut tourner le bras;Il est une vis sans fin tournant dans le socle et pouvant être reliéeà l'arbre du moteur;
Hachine to work the land. The object of the present invention is a machine for working the earth according to the main patent, characterized in that the arms mentioned in this patent are articulated at the point of the V, on the base, and in what this dei-nier has, both at the rear and the front, a device for its temporary connection to the drive train, elastic device as mentioned above comprising two rods arranged between the arms and articulated to these and between them and two springs to flanges fixed, on the one hand, to the arms and, on the other hand, to the point of articulation rods between them.
The accompanying drawing represents, by by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view, while fig. 2, 3 and 4 schematically show details.
The machine shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises a train equipped with two wheels 1 and carrying a to explosion engine 2 and two rods guide 3. 4 is the support for the tools; it has a 5 base and two 6 and 7 arms rotatably mounted on the base and forming a V whose point is towards this dei-denier. The base 5 has a cheek 8 which is fixed by means of bolts to nuts to a similar cheek 9 carried by the driving train.
Each of the arms 6, respectively 7, is rotatably mounted on the base 5 thanks to a vertical shaft 10 carried by the base so to be able to turn on itself and around which the arm can turn; It is an endless screw rotating in the base and can be connected to the motor shaft;
this endless screw meshes with two toothed wheels 18 fixed to the shafts 10; each arm is still provided with two other vertical shafts 12 and 13 set rotating, in the same direction as the shaft 10 by means of a motion transmission device, not shown, and which starts from the wheel 18. The lower part of the shafts 10, 12 and 13 protrude below the arms 6 and 7, and on this part, different tools can be fixed, in particular the plowing tool shown in FIG. 3.
This tool is constituted by a truncated cone, the small base of which is turned towards the arm and around the periphery of which is wound in a helix, on about one turn, a metal strip 14 whose lower end ends. by a cutting edge 15.
On the side opposite to the flange 8, the base has another flange 8a. 19 are two rods arranged between the arms 6 < / B> and 7 and articulated, on the one hand, to these arms and, on the other hand, between them; 20 are two coil springs with connected, on the one hand, to the point of articulation of the rod and, on the other hand, to the arm 6 respectively 7; these springs tend to separate the arms; when these are almost closed, the springs are very tight, but the component acting on the arms is weak because the rods 19 are themselves closed. A as the force of the springs decreases, their action on the arms is more efficient thanks to the opening of the rods; so that practically good regularity of the action of the spring 20 on the arms is obtained.
Suppose that the machine is running in the direction of the arrow f in fig. 2, the drive train can be behind the support, fixed to the flange 8; then it will push the latter, or it can be placed in front of the support, fixed < B> to flange 8a via an extension 16, and then it will pull this support. The tools will turn in the direction of the arrows fi; their cutting edge 15, which turns while moving forward, will separate a clod from the earth which will tend to </ B > climb along the propeller; the latter advancing, will turn it over and throw it aside. In this way each tool on the right, for example, will remove the earth which is to its left and in front of it, to put it, turned over, on its right.
When the operation is finished, we will thus have two plowed strips separated by a central furrow; this operation could be done, for example, in autumn - then in spring, for example, we will do a second plowing, the machine moving in the direction of the arrow f and the tools rotating so to take the earth to their left and in front of them to dump it on their right.
The tool shown in in fig. 3 can be fixed in a removable way on trees 10, 12 and 13; when you do not want to plow, but simply hoe the earth , it can be replaced by another tool, for example by one or the other of those shown in FIG. 4.
The machine shown is especially useful for work in vineyards and market gardening, where it is a question of turning the earth on long and narrow strips. In the vines, thanks to the aforementioned spring, the branches of the V will penetrate between the vines and work the soil also at this place.
