Description
Arsinsäurederivate primäre Ami.no- gruppen enthält.
Process for the preparation of an asymmetric arsenobenzene compound. In the main patent No. 15626: 8, a method for the production of asymmetrical Arsenoverbindungen is described, therein be standing,
that phenoxyacetic arsenic acids or arylarsinic acids containing phenoxyacetic acid or a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring substituted by the oxyacetic acid radical are reduced to asymmetric arsenobenzenes together with other therapeutically effective arylarsinic acids. these according to known methods from the trivalent arsenic-containing derivatives of the arsinsic acids concerned,
whereby none of the arsin @ acids achieved for implementation respectively. Arsic acid derivatives contain primary amino groups.
It has now been found that such asymmetrical arsenic compounds can also be produced by reacting hydrogyl-containing symmetrical or asymmetrical arsenic compounds which contain no primary amino groups with one mole of haloacetic acid.
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of an asymmetrical arsenobenzene compound, which is characterized in that 3. 3'-diacetylamino-4. 4'-dioxy-5 '. 5'-dichloroarsenobenzene with one mole of haloacetic acid sets.
- The new process product is a light yellow powder that is clear in water and soluble with a neutral reaction. The solution has the advantage of being durable and for both intravenous and subcutaneous bezw. intra muscular injection to be effective and very, well tolerated.
<I> Example: </I> 26 gr 3. 3'-diacetylamino-4. 4'-dioxy-5. 5'-dichloroarsenobenzene are dissolved in 300 cm 'water of 35 with the addition of 12 cm' 10 N potassium hydroxide solution, and a solution of 6 g of monochloroacetic acid and 4 g of soda in 50 g of water is added to this clear solution .
The vessel is filled with nitrogen and kept at a temperature of 30 ° for 24 hours, with frequent shaking. After precipitating with 25 cm 'glacial acetic acid, it is briefly heated to 70 to <B> 80' </B> and then sucked off. A light yellow powder is obtained in this way; F. 208 to 209. The easily soluble sodium salt is obtained by dissolving in the appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide solution and stirring in acetone. It forms a light yellow powder.
