Scheibenschneidmaschine.
Slicer. The subject of the present invention is a slicer for household do-azw corners, business operations or the like.
It is distinguished from known embodiments by the fact that it has two rollers which are arranged on an axis of rotation and rotate with it. as well as one opposite the knife, provided with Durchfallöff openings, also arranged on the axis of rotation. and with this rotating counter-disk, which the latter can be moved vermit an adjusting nut on the axis, so that the distance between knife and disk is adjustable depending on the disk thickness.
With the help of this machine, you can cut the most varied products into slices and chop them up. Especially for vegetables such as beets, cucumbers, cabbage, etc., as well as for meat and. Sausages, bread and much more, this machine can be used with particular advantage. On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the machine partially in section seen from the side, while Fig. 2 shows a front view of the machine, also partially in section. The feed device for the material to be cut is located on a column-shaped stand 1, which is equipped with flanges 1 ', 1 "and a screw 2 for clamping to the edge of the table. It consists of a rectangular trough 3 open on the narrow sides , in which a slider 4 guided in grooves is slidably arranged, and by means of which the goods located in the trough can be advanced.
On one long side of the trough, the bearing 5 is provided for the axis of rotation 6, namely the trough and the bearing advantageously consist of a single casting. By a pin f which can be inserted into the bearing and which engages in an annular groove 6 'of the axle. the latter is prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction. At about half the length: the axle carries a flange 8 on which the two knives 9 and 10 are firmly screwed. In the example shown, these consist of one piece, but this is not absolutely necessary.
The free, non-supported end of the axis of rotation consists of a smooth part and a threaded part. A horn 11 is attached to the smooth part and serves to guide the counter disc 12 equipped with a corresponding wedge track. This disc is provided with the knives opposite through openings 12 ', 12 "through which the sliced goods fall through can.
An adjusting nut 13 is screwed onto the threaded part, which has two arms bent twice, the free ends of which engage in an annular groove 12 "'provided on the disk hub. By moving the nut 13 forwards or backwards, the counter-disk 12 is placed on the The smooth part of the axle is pushed back and forth, thus increasing or decreasing the distance between this disc and the knives.
A drive crank 14 is attached near the periphery of the disk 12 or optionally consists of one piece with it. It is used to turn the disc together with the axis and: the knives.
The feed device with the actual cutting device is rotatably mounted in the stand 1 by means of a pin. An adjusting screw 15 is used to lock the whole thing in different positions in which the end of the screw can enter one of various bores in the pin. In this way it is possible to bring the machine head into a favorable position opposite the table.
The operation of the machine described is very simple. The material to be cut is placed in the trough 3 and conveyed, the slide 4 is moved against the cutting device set in Ro tation. A surface of this material rests against the disc 12, and a disc is then cut by one of the following knives, which falls through the corresponding opening. The guide grooves of the trough for the pusher stop shortly before the knives, so that, when the pusher is pushed completely in front of the pusher, the pusher itself does not fall into the path of the cutting edges.
The stand, as well as the individual parts of the feed and cutting device, except for the axis of rotation, knife, horny and screws, who made the advantageous cast light metal ago. Weight and dimensions are expediently chosen so that the whole is a handy household appliance. It is of course possible to equip the machine with any other drive device instead of a manual drive.
