Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren     Wollfarbstoffes    der     Anthracliinonreilie.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa  tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines  sauren Wollfarbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe,     welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       1-amino-4-halogenanthrachinon-2-sulfonsaures     Natrium mit     2-Amino-5.6.7.8-tetrahydi-o-          naphthalin-4-sulfonsäuredimethylamid    zur Um  setzung bringt.  



  Der so erhaltene     Farbstoff    stellt im trocke  nen Zustande ein blaues Pulver dar - er färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren blauen  Tönen von guter Wasch-, Walk- und See  wasserechtheit.         Beispiel:       40 Gewichtsteile     1-amino-4-bromanthra-          chinon-2-sulfonsaures    Natrium werden mit  36 Gewichtsteilen     2-Amino-5.6.7.8-tetra-          hydronaphthali    n - 4 -     sulfonsäure-dimethylamid     vom F.

   P. 139   C (erhältlich aus     2-Nitro-          5    . 6 . 7. 8 -     tetrahydronaphthalin    - 4-     sulfochlorid       durch Umsetzung mit     Dimethylamin    und an  schliessende Reduktion der Nitrogruppe) in  200 Gewichtsteilen Wasser und 100     (xewiclits-          teilen    Alkohol unter Zusatz von 12 Gewichts  teilen     Natriumbicarbonat    und ein     Gewichtsteil          Kupferchlorür    mehrere Stunden zum     gelinden     Sieden erhitzt.

   Der gebildete blaue     Farbstoff     lässt sich leicht     aussalzen    und durch     Umlösen     aus Wasser rein erhalten. Der isolierte und  getrocknete Farbstoff stellt ein blaues Pulver  dar. Aus saurem Bade wird Wolle in klaren  blauen Tönen von guter Wasch-,     Walk-    und       Seewasserechtheit    angefärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-amino-4- halogenanthrachinon-2-sulfonsaures Natrium mit 2-Amino-5.6.7.8-tetrahydronaphthalin- 4-sulfonsäuredimethylamid zur Umsetzung bringt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt in trocke nem Zustand ein blaues Pulver dar; er färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren blauen Tönen von guter Wasch-, Walk- und See wasserechtheit.
