Fig. einen wagrechten Schnitt durch denselben.
Frameless paneling. In the case of the known panels for ceilings and walls, for which thin-walled paneling parts are used, these are each fastened by means of relatively thick-walled frames. As a rule, the frames are provided with grooves and the thin-walled paneling parts are inserted into them, which means that the manufacturing costs are relatively high.
If the thin-walled paneling parts are only nailed onto the frame, not only are the nails used to fix them always visible, but also the butt grooves when the paneling parts abut, as the individual paneling parts cannot be pressed against each other in such a way that the groove becomes invisible. In addition, when nailing there is a risk that the panel parts will be damaged when the panel is struck.
The subject of the present invention is a frameless paneling for walls and ceilings, in which the disadvantages mentioned are eliminated and at the same time the advantage is to be achieved over the known panels that thinner-walled 'material than before, for example thin-walled boards, plywood panels or others panels made of any material. For example, Eternit plates can be used, and that a significant simplification and greater precision is achieved when striking the panel. For this purpose, the panel has thin-walled panel parts.
which BEZW for their attachment to the wall. Wear the blanket and under your back on the edge of the paneling in front of standing strips.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in various Ausführungsbei play, and it shows: Fig. 1 a single panel part. Fig. A horizontal section through the same. Fig. 3 is a horizontal section through a (panel design with the same, Fig. 4 a further panel design in front view.
5 shows a horizontal section through the panel design according to FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows a further panel design in a cross section, and FIG. 7 shows a modified detail on a larger scale.
The panel part 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is cut from a plate, for example a thin sheet of plywood. On its rear side, along its longitudinal edges 2, there is a rebated strip 3:
fastened in such a way that the longitudinal edges 2 form grooves 5 with the rabbet legs 4. The panel according to FIG. 3 formed with paneling parts according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is advantageously attached in such a way that only one of the paneling parts, for example paneling a, is fastened to the "NZ" and / or the ceiling by means of nails penetrating the rabbet legs 4.
Then the stripless Täferteil 6 is inserted with its edge 7 iri the right-hand groove 5 of the Täferteils a and then the Täferteil b with the left-hand groove over the Rechtssseiti conditions edge 8 of the stripless Täferteils 6 is put on.
Then the right-hand rabbet leg 4 of the paneling part b is nailed to the wall and the alternating process is repeated -: the mating of strips and strips provided with paneling parts until the paneling is completed.
In the panel according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the panel parts e, d and e carry a rebated bar 11 forming with these grooves 10 only along one of their longitudinal edges 9 on their rear side. On the opposite longitudinal edge 12 there is a flat bar 13 on the rear side the Täferteils attached, wel che the actual edge of the Täferteils and bil det. to the thickness of which is laid to the rear ver.
The fastening of this panel is advantageously done in such a way that only the panel part e with the groove leg 14 is nailed to a wall or ceiling.
Then the rear edge 1.3 of the Täferteils d is inserted into the groove 10 and the Täferteil d firmly pressed the Täferteil e and in this position the groove leg 14 of the Täferteils d BEZW on the wall. Nailed to the ceiling so that the panel part that has been added is pressed. In the same way, the panel part c and any other panels are connected.
The panels thus form a smooth, uninterrupted surface on their front side.
The design of the panel according to Fig. 6 differs from the last described, shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in that the offset edge 15 of the panel parts 16 is wider than there, so that the panel parts 16 lying next to one another have a wide joint are separated from each other, by wel che the recessed edge parts 15 are ersicht Lich.
In the drawing, of course, not all possible embodiments are shown that can result from the combination of the paneling parts with these strips attached, and larger paneling surfaces can also be produced by the fact that the paneling parts are not. can only be plugged together on the side, but also one above the other.
In the above-described Ausfüh ments, the strips 4 BEZW. 14 intended as rebated strips. These strips can also, as can be seen in FIG. 7, from at least. two mutually offset parts 17, 18 may be formed, of which at least the one lying next to the Tä.ferteil has the same thickness as the Täferteil, such that the part 17 facing the edge 19 of the Täferteils 20 and the part 18 the edge 19 opposite resigns.
In order to connect the individual Tä-ferteile firmly to each other, in grooves 5, 10 respectively. on the groove legs 4, 14 glue are applied so that when the same solidifies the Tä.ferteile are firmly connected to each other.
The paneling parts, as well as the individual parts used to form the strips, can be cut from a sheet of plywood, or made from a sheet of any material that can be brought into sheet form.
