Fahrbare IL aftstation.
Mobile IL aftstation. In order to be able to electrically weld with one and the same device in different places, such a device is often mounted on a car that is equipped with a complete power generation system, so a combustion engine with generator including the auxiliary facilities. The generator is used here, for example when welding rail connectors on electric tram rails, exclusively to generate the welding current. The car can be built either as a rail-guided or a non-rail-guided vehicle. It is also possible to use the vehicle as a trailer, e.g. B.
Tram trailer, or train as a drive vehicle, wherein the internal combustion engine can serve as a drive motor for a car axle.
The invention relates to a mobile electric power station, which is equipped with a power generator and a device used to switch from welding to self-driving, and consists in that a further switch is provided on terminals that are for connection from outside the car Serve consumer circuits.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is illustrated, namely the circuit diagram of a self-propelled power station, which not only supplies electricity for electrical welding, but also for feeding a light or power network outside the car.
The most important parts of the switching arrangement shown are the internal combustion engine a for driving the electric generator b, the switching roller c and the direction of travel roller d, as well as the electric vehicle drive motor f.
The generator b is a compound machine with a shunt winding lz and a series winding i. In the shunt circuit is the regulator k and the series resistor m. The shift drum c has four shift positions: a zero position, a position 8 for welding, a position .g for crane operation and a position h 'for travel.
The shift drum d has only three positions: a zero position, a position V for forward travel and a position B for reverse travel.
If electrical welding is to be carried out, the roller c is to be rotated from the zero position to the position S and the controller k to be set accordingly, the terminal voltage of the generator b being, for example, about 40 volts. The generator current flows in this case from the positive terminal of the generator b via contact finger 3 of the shift drum c, contact coating n, contact finger 2, then via the not shown welding point to contact finger 6, current coating o, contact finger 7, winding i, back to negative terminal of the generator b. This generator b can be dimensioned, for example, so that it has either two arc welding points with 250 amps each or one welding, respectively. Can feed cutting point with 500 amps.
If the car is to move by itself, then the roller c is away from the zero position in the position F and the roller d from the zero position z. B. to turn to the V position. The generator current now flows from the positive terminal of generator b via finger 3 of roller c, coating p, finger 1, finger 11 of roller d, coating r, finger 12, vehicle drive motor f, finger 14, coating, finger 13, field winding of the motor f, finger 5 of roller c, lining q, finger 7, winding i back to negative terminal of generator b.
Both when starting the engine f, as well as during the rest of the driving operation is controlled only with the field controller k, and thus without the use of starting resistors, the terminal voltage of the generator b is increased by hand or automatically to about 60 volts. For the purpose of reversing, roller d is rotated beyond the zero position into position R, while roller c maintains position F.
On the other hand, when using a crane, roller c must be moved to position g, with roller d returning to the zero position. The crane or other work motor is connected to terminals 4 and 8 of roller c.
The current runs from the positive terminal of the generator b to the contact finger 3, over the upper current layer of position K, terminal 4, crane motor, terminal 8, and below the current layer of position K, contact finger 7, winding i, back to the negative terminal of the generator b.
Appropriately one can establish facilities for. the reels c and d hit to lock their individual positions so that incorrect switching is impossible.
The new, self-propelled multi-gym had the advantage that it can be used for many other purposes besides welding, especially for operating construction machines and cranes in civil engineering, for example in new buildings, in road construction, for repairs of road and rail bridges, as well as for connecting the lighting system at night and during the day. Instead of one drive motor for driving, two can also be used, it being particularly advantageous to mount one motor on each carriage axis.
