Description

  

      Hochdruckkolbenpumpe        vornehmlich    für     schmierige    Flüssigkeiten.    Die vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    eine       Hochdruckkolbenpumpe,    welche sich vornehm  lich für die Zufuhr von schmieriger Flüssig  keit in     Presszylinder    eignet.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der     Erfindung     ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt.  



       Fig.    I zeigt     dieP        umpe    im Querschnitt (Schnitt       A-A        Fig.        II).    Im Gehäuse G, welches zu  gleich zur Aufnahme der zu fördernden Flüs  sigkeit dient, ist ein Pumpenkörper a mit  Kopf     .K    eingebaut. Derselbe ist auf der einen  Seite auf einer durchbohrten Achse b beweg  lich gelagert. Auf der andern Seite ist er  durch den Kolben     c    gehalten. Der     Kolben     selbst ist auf der Kurbel d gelagert.

   Sobald  die Kurbel d in Pfeilrichtung gedreht wird,  so entsteht ein luftleerer Raum e und der  Inhalt des Gehäuses G dringt durch das       Einlassventil    g ein. Sobald der Kolben c den  toten Punkt erreicht hat, schliesst das Ein  lassventil durch Druck der Ventilfeder f. In  der Fortsetzung der Bewegung presst der    Kolben c die angesaugte Flüssigkeit gegen  das     Auslassventil    h und findet Austritt durch  das Bohrloch<I>i</I> durch die hohle Spindel<I>b.</I>  



  Das Schliessen des     Auslassventils    wird  durch die Feder     k    gefördert.  



       Fig.        II    zeigt das     Pumpengehäuse    G in  der Draufsicht mit teilweisem Schnitt durch  Pumpenkörper a, Ventil<I>h</I> und Achse<I>b.</I>  Durch Angliederung weiterer Pumpenkörper     l     kann die Pumpe mehrstufig gebaut werden,  was zur Erzielung eines regelmässigen     Druk-          kes    besonders wichtig ist.

As soon as the piston c has reached the dead point, the inlet valve closes by pressing the valve spring f. As the movement continues, the piston c presses the sucked-in liquid against the outlet valve h and exits through the borehole <I> i </I> through the hollow spindle <I> b. </I>



  The closing of the outlet valve is promoted by the spring k.



       Fig. II shows the pump housing G in a top view with a partial section through the pump body a, valve <I> h </I> and axis <I> b. </I> By adding further pump bodies l, the pump can be built in several stages, which is particularly important to achieve regular printing.
