Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Disazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Disazofarbstoff erhält, wenn man die durch Sulfurieren von 4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dimethyldi- phenylmethan mit Oleum erhältliche Sulfo- säure tetrazotiert und mit 2 Molekülen 1- (2',5'- Dichlor - 4'- sulfo) - phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon kuppelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein oranges Pulver. Er löst sich in Wasser mit grün gelber, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe und färbt und druckt Wolle in gelben Tönen von grosser Reinheit und guter Lichtechtheit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 34 kg 4,4'-Diamino-3, 3'-dimethyldiphenyl- methan werden in 130 kg Schwefelsäure- monohydrat bei 70 0 gelöst und bei 10 lang sam mit 110 kg Oleum 301/o versetzt. Man rührt bei 50 0, bis eine Probe in Wasser und verdünnter Sodalösung klar löslich ist.
Die so gebildete 4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dimethyl-di- phenylmethandisulfosäure kann ans der Re aktionsmasse isoliert werden entweder durch Verdünnen mit 4 Volumteilen Wasser, wobei sich die freie Sulfosäure abscheidet, oder als Natronsalzlösung durch Kalken und Umsetzen mit Soda. Die Sulfosäure wird in üblicher Weise tetrazotiert und mit einer wässerigen Lösung von 97 kg 1-(2',5'-Dichlor-4'-sulfo)- phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon und 50 kg Soda gekuppelt.
