Motopompe transportable.
Transportable motor pump. Motor pumps are known in which the rotary motion of the motor is transmitted to the pump piston by means of a belt. This transmission system absorbs a large part of the motor's force, which drastically reduces the efficiency of the pump.
To remedy this drawback, the motor pump according to the invention has a geared speed reducer, which allows smooth operation and minimal absorption of the force developed by the motor.
The object of the present invention is a transportable motor pump comprising a motor actuating a suction and idling pump, the transmission of the movement of the motor shaft to the crank of the pump piston being effected by means of a gear reducer, all mounted on a frame comprising at least two wheels intended to facilitate movement of the motor pump.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a general side view; Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the speed reducer.
The motor pump shown comprises an electric motor 1, the axis 2 of which is coupled to the axis 3 corresponding to a toothed wheel 4. The latter meshes with another toothed wheel 5 mounted on an axis 6 on which is also fixed a toothed wheel 7 meshing in turn with the toothed wheel 8 fixed to the axis 9. At the outer end of the latter is fixed a crank 10 driving in its rotational movement the rod 11 of the piston of the suction and pressure pump 12. This pump is double-acting, that is to say that each stroke of the piston corresponds to a suction and a discharge and is surmounted by two tubes 13 (only one is shown in the sin) closed at the top and communicating with the inside of the pump body, so as to eliminate jolts in the flow of the latter.
The flow rate, reaching approximately four thousand liters per hour, can be regulated by means of the tap 14.
The pump comprises at its lower part two rods 15 (only one is shown in the drawing) which can slide in the vertical direction and act inside the pump in this movement on the ball valves, in the case, for example, of where these would be stuck.
The entire gear system cited above is enclosed in a housing 16.
The motor 1 has on one of its sides an electrical outlet 17 and a switch 18.
A crank roller 19 is held by the two ends of its axis between the two arms 20 fixed respectively on each side of the frame 21. This roller 19 is used to roll up the electric cable connecting the socket 17 to a wall socket for example.
The motor 1, the housing 16 of the speed reducer, the cylinder body 22 and the pump 12 are fixed to the frame 21, the latter being carried by two wheels 23 held by their axis at the lower end of the uprights 24. These The latter are fixed at their upper end, by means of bolts, respectively on each side of the frame 21. The motor pump also rests on two parts 25, also fixed at their upper end respectively on each side of the frame 21.
The motor-driven pump can thus easily be moved by lifting it by the arms 20 so as to make it rest only on the wheels 23.
The operation of the motor-driven pump according to the invention is as follows: The motor 1 is energized which, by rotating, actuates the piston of the pump 12 via the speed reducer placed in the housing 16.
