-en- eoches, L'appareil telles que suivant -celle figurée, les fig. en 3 17 à * 5 com- porte, d'une part, le montage aux extrémités du croisillon, de bennes amo;
L'axe 24 s'engage dans une échancrure26 de la pièce23 et porteà soin extrémité un disque 27 qui se trouve maintenu entre les bordsde l'échancrure et la paroi du panier, et empê- P,he ainsi les déplacements de celui-ci parallè lementà l'axe;
AuxMaire device, especially for portable machines. Since accounting machines have a very high yield, none of them allows a large number of documents to be used in a given time. The clutter of aces and documents quickly becomes considerable and makes it difficult to find and handle them, so that it is not always possible to use practically all of the output. of which machines are capable.
Laprkente invention relates to an auxiliary device -destined to to make faster and easier the operations of, search and manipulation of files or 4ocu- Inents.
A For this purpose, the apparatus according to the invention comprises a mobile support around a horizontal axis and several buckets placed on h -orizontal axes on this support, these buckets being intended for -receive documents to to use.
Two embodiments of the object of the invention will be described with reference to the schematic drawing -ci-annex6, -given to as an example.
Fig. 1 -is a section of the first form of execution by a vertical plane per pendicular to the axis of rcptaticn, d.es. dumpsters, and . the. fig. 2 a section along 2-2 of the, fig. 1.
The Eg. 3 to 5 show in sectional elevation and in section through the line _A-A; of fig. 4 a second form of execution.
In fig. 1 and 2, a shaft 1 carries crisscrosses 2, at the ends of which buckets 3 are suspended by means of bearings to balls 4.
The ends of the shaft 1 are supported by ball bearings 5. The rotational movement is transmitted to the shaft 1 by a toothed wheel -and an endless screw enclosed in a housing 6, a cardan shaft 7, -a pinion 8, a # ehaîîna 9 and a pinion 10 ordered itself, namely by a handwheel, 19, or by a low power electric motor.
The shaft 1, the buckets 3, the cross-members 2, and the transmission mechanism are. enclosed in a box -of sheet metal fixed to a -frame -profiled iron, formed of vertical uprights 11 -and horizontal crossbars 12 which serve as supports for the beams < B> 5.
One half 13 ide the, upper part of, the body is movable and can enter, in the other half while rolling on naked. Tail 18, < / B> with interposition of rollers 14. The front -part of this mobile frame is closed by a shutter 15, consisting of a sheet plate which can pivot around the axis 20, placed at the top of the mobile chassis.
In these -conditions, to open the device, it suffices to raise the shutter, to beat it on the roof of the mobi'ra chassis and to push it back. The accountant then has within reach of his hand the contents of one of the dumpsters. 1.1 will suffice for him to do turn the 19 steering wheel to bring the dumpster you want before your eyes.
To close the appliance, it will bring the mobile frame forward (position indicated in dotted lines to in fig. 1) and xabattra, the shutter. A -lock # with cremone, immobilizes at both the shutter and the frame -and thus puts the (equipment to safe -from indiscrietions.
The skips are separated into two compartments, the width of which is that of the documents used. To balance the buckets off their axis 4, in the event that they are not fully-filled, the do-cements are brought back towards the axis, to Using plates 16, é - sa, nt the internal profile of the bucket compartment, and held in high-ut by keys,
-en- eoches, the apparatus such as following -that shown, FIGS. in 3 17 to * 5 comprises, on the one hand, the mounting at the ends of the spider, of amo buckets;
Vibles of different- dimensions allowing to handle, with the same device, sheets of variable formats and, on the other hand, a device preventing the oscillations of -these buckets: to For this purpose, each bucket is fixed on a horizontal axis at the end of an arm -of the c-king- groove, -this horizontal axis being connected by a crank arm which it is integral with, to a, second -parallel axis, constrained to to move on a circle of same radius,
the centers of -these certles and the two axes being separated respectively by equipolent vectors- axes, and let us-equate the entire bucket, move, therefore -a movement of circular translation while remaining constantly parallel to themselves.
The skips # are made up of -key baskets -sheet 21 in which cliaoun- a certain number of boxes can be placed. 29-, .key dimensions corresponding to the format of the files to to use.
Each basket is also sialidaiTe of a piece 23, preferably es- -Lamped steel, by which it rests on an axis 24 carried pax unes arms 25du cross.
The axis 24 engages in a notch 26 of the part 23 and carries at the end of a disc 27 </ B > which is maintained between the edges of the notch and the wall of the basket, and thus prevents the latter from moving parallel to the axis;
on this last are furthermore spared to the! right -of the groove -two flats-conforming to the shape of the edges of this one here, so that the basket cannot o # wobble around axis 24.
The baskets are thus made integral with their hinge pins, but we can, however, disassemble them instantaneously with the., Lifting so to release the pins. 24, indentations 26, and replace them with -baskets -of another size.
The machine can therefore be used for the handling of very varied format sheets, thanks to the interchangeability of its baskets and, of its boxes, Each of the 24 axes crosses the arm 25 of the spider, in which it pivots and carries at -its end an arm (of 28 crank which it is integral with. Ge, crank arm is kept horizontal by the following device:
It is articulated, at 29, at its end, on an arm 30 of a ring 31 rotating on a fixed plate 32 mounted eccentrically relative to - to the axis 33 of rotation of the spindle, on the same support 34 as this one. The center, 35 of plate 32 and -axis 33 are located in the same horizontal plane, and their distance is -equal to that separating axis 24 and articulation 29 of the bucket.
The distance, 35-29 is further equal to the distance 33-24, the # quadrilateral, 35-33-29-24, having its opposite sides , equal to two -à 4them, is a parallel which the # sides 35-33 and 24-29 -partly are parallel.
During the rotation of the spider, this articulated parallelogram deforms, but its side 35-33 remains fixed and the side 24-29 is, consequently, fixed to -se # move parallel to itself, its two ends, describing circles of the same radius and 4ontles, -centres are #distant from, a ± # quaatity equal to the, length of ice side. The oscillations of axis 24, -and consequently those -of the bucket, of which -this is integral,
are therefore deleted. We could replace the - eccentric - plate and its prison by an articulated rod - two points 35 and 29 and now fix the distance of these. two points, or even mount in 29 a roller held between, two circular rails -of -cen tre 35 and # of mean radius equal to to 33-24, for example.
