Description

Deekenkonstruktion.

Deek construction. The pure concrete ceilings are very unfavorable in terms of heat and sound insulation and, moreover, all parts have to be produced on site. The present invention relates to a ceiling construction that remedies these inconveniences by inserting between reinforced concrete webs building panels as cross members, which are supported by means of folds on the webs and laid next to one another with the webs.

form a closed flat ceiling surface.

The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the ceiling construction, specifically showing: FIG. 1 the same in cross section, and FIG. 2 in a diagram.

1 mean the prepared, finished building panels, which are inserted as cross members between the reinforced concrete webs 2, which are traversed with reinforcing iron 8. The building panels 1, which are expediently made of long-fiber material mixed with high-quality, fast-hardening cement that forms a refractory material and are themselves porous, are supported by their folds 4 on the concrete webs 2 and, laid next to each other, form with the tops of the webs a closed, flat ceiling surface that can be reinforced by a layer of concrete 5, for example.

In order to achieve greater spray widths and higher payloads, the ceiling construction described above can be reinforced. For this purpose only round iron stirrups or the like between the lower part of the ceiling and the concrete layer 5 need to be inserted.

The ceiling construction described above is very solid when using suitable panels, insulates well and is also inexpensive to stand, since shuttering the ceiling is no longer necessary. In addition, the ceiling can be loaded immediately.

Another advantage is that the building panels, like the associated reinforced concrete bridges, are used dry, which is of the greatest importance for a new building.
