Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren     Wollfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     Sulfo-          4    -     amino    - 1 . 8 -     naphtalsäureanhydrid     (erhältlich durch Behandeln von     4-Amino-          l.    . 8 -     naphtalsäureanhydrid    mit einem Ge  misch aus gleichen Teilen Monohydrat und       Oleum    20%ig, bei einer Temperatur von 50  bis<B>60'</B> C, bis eine Probe wasserlöslich ist)  mit     p-Cyclohexylanilin    umsetzt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt aus  saurem Bade die tierische Faser in einem  sehr klaren Gelb.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In     einem        Autoklaven    fügt man zu  250 Raumteilen Wasser 20 Gewichtsteile       Sulfo    - 4 -     amino    -1. -8 -     naphtalsäureanhydrid     (erhältlich durch Behandeln von     4-Amino-          1    . 8 -     naphtalsäureanhydrid    mit einem Ge  misch aus gleichen Teilen Monohydrat und         Oleum    20 %     ig,    bei einer Temperatur von 50  bis<B>60'</B> C, bis eine Probe wasserlöslich ist)  und 20 Gewichtsteile     p-Cyclohexylanilin:

    und erhitzt unter Rühren einige Stunden auf  zirka 100     bis   <B>110'</B> C. Nach beendigter Kon  densation     wird    das überschüssige     p-Cyclo-          hexylanilin    mit verdünnter Salzsäure neu  tralisiert und der Farbstoff auf üblichem  Wege     ausgesalzen.     



  Die Kondensation lässt sich auch durch  Erhitzen ohne     Autoklaven    durchführen.  Der Farbstoff färbt aus saurem Bade die  tierische Faser in     einem    sehr klaren Gelb.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Sulfo-4-amino-1.8-naphtalsäureanhydrid (erhältlich durch Behandeln von 4-Amino- 1. 8 - naphtalsäureanhydrid mit einem Ge misch aus gleichen Teilen Monohydrat und Oleum 20%ig, bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 60 C, bis eine Probe wasserlöslich ist) mit p-Cycloheaylanilin umsetzt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt aus saurem Bade die tierische Faser in einem sehr klaren Gelb.
