Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes,     welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       6-Äthoxy-3-oxythionaphteri    mit     6-Chlor-7-          rnethylisatin    kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  19,6 Gewichtsteile     6-Chlor-7-methylisatin     werden in 200     Gewichtsteilen    Eisessig heiss  gelöst und mit einer warmen Lösung von  19,4 Gewichtsteilen     6-Äthoxy-3-oxythionaph-          ten    in 200 Gewichtsteilen Eisessig vereinigt.  Der     6-Äthoxy-2-thionaphten.6'-chlor-7'-methyl-          3'-indolindigo    fällt aus der warmen Lösung  nach Zugabe von geringen Mengen konzen  trierter Salzsäure kristallin aus und wird für  kurze Zeit auf     Dampfbadtemperatur    erwärmt,  nach dem Erkalten abgesaugt und wie üblich  aufgearbeitet.
