Verstellbares Krankenbett.

36 in Ein griff.
Adjustable hospital bed. The present invention relates to an adjustable hospital bed, the supporting structure of which can be adjusted in such a way that it can take into account a wide range of patient care needs.
Previously designed adjustable hospital beds have the disadvantage of a deficient structure of the supporting structure. The usual adjustment by nursing staff only from one side is sometimes jerky and irregular, so that any comfort of the patient is disturbed.
These inconveniences are eliminated in the subject matter of the present invention, which is characterized by the fact that propellants are provided to bring forward partial movements of the support frame on the frame, by actuating them a gentle adjustment of individual frame parts can be made to any extent.
The supporting frame with a continuous spring support frame, which is movably arranged on the bed frame and intended to accommodate the patient, is divided into three movable fields. Of these three fields, the two he most, that is to say the field intended to support the back and the field to support the thighs, are rotatably supported at a distance from one another on the frame and each means one. they supporting tooth segment can be raised and lowered.
The second and the third field, intended as a base for the lower legs, are connected to one another by a joint, so that when the second field is turned upwards, the third field with its hinged edge is also erected and the two fields come into a mutual angular position. which support the raised hollow of the knee of the reclining person. The operation of the mentioned Zahnsegmentc takes place from a common drive point> organs under the mediation of flexible train, whereby shocks are avoided.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. 1 "ig. 1 and 2 show in side view the first example with different positions of the support structure and the arrangement of the drive; FIG. 3 is a side view of the second example, FIG. 4 one for both Examples of a common end view with a section through the support frame, Fig. 5 shows the joint of a leg connection in an extended position, Fig. 6 shows the same in an angular position;
Figure 7 is a plan view of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2; Fig. 8 shows the gear train of the drive device of the supporting structure in section; - Fig. 9 is a plan view of the wheels factory with conical wheel bodies drawn in section for coupling the individual gears by means of an adjusting rod; Fig. 10 shows the bracing of the Rah human leg of the back field with attached tooth segment;
Figure 11 illustrates a chuck head for supporting the lower leg panel of the example of Figures 1 and 2; Fig. 12 shows the associated Zahnseg ment in engagement with the driving tooth piston; Fig. 13 is a section through this tooth piston, the tooth segment, a guide roller for this and a connecting bracket.
In Fig. 1 to 4 and Fig. 7, 1 denotes the frame of the hospital bed made of profile iron or wood with the hinge pins 2, which are used to attach the truss grid x. 3 denotes the U-för, rustic frame of the first, the back supporting field, 4 left and right side Lei most of the second field, 5 the U-shaped support frame of the third, the lower leg supporting field.
The ends of the strips 4 and the legs of the U-shaped Tragrah mens 5 are interlocking to form joint heads 6 (Fig. 5 and 6), through which the hinge axis 7 is inserted. The latter is therefore arranged continuously because with the resilient support grid x, which is partially visible in FIGS. 4, 7, 10 and 11, can cling to it over its entire width. To adjust the frame 3, the toothed segment 9 is used, whose steering head hangs on the bolt 10, which is used to hold the struts 11 (Fig. 10). The same also applies to the toothed segment 12 between the strips 4.
The toothed segment 13 is used to adjust the U-shaped support frame 5. For this purpose, it is displaceable on a guide rod 14 arranged between the legs of the support frame 5 parallel to these legs, which at both ends by means of screw bolts 15 (Fig. 11) in the clamping heads 16 is established. At the sen heads 16, the struts 17 are attached by the screw bolts 15 zen. The movements of the guide rod 14 accordingly carries the head of the toothed segment 13 (Fig. 12) the pivot pin 18, which 'is seen with a bore for the guide rod 14 ver.
The head of the toothed segment 1 3 is cut out in such a way that jamming on the guide rod is impossible.
The three shafts 21 are driven by cord drive 19 via rollers 20. The intended bearing body 22 can be fastened un ter the frame 1 adjustable be. The toothed pistons 23 drilled with the shafts 21 carry the brackets 24 (FIGS. 12 and 13) with the guide rollers 25. These lie on the back edge of the toothed segments and keep the latter always in engagement with the toothed pistons 23.
The cords 19, which can be fine wire ropes, are looped around the rollers 20 more times, preventing them from slipping and increasing the tightening force. The gear train of the drive device (FIG. 8) is held in place by the gear box 26 and the bearing 27 on the frame 1. The embedded core shaft 28 carries on the drive side the loosely seated worm wheel 29 with the coupling pin 30, and also the drive roller 31 for driving the toothed segment 12.
The first flea shaft 32 with the worm wheel 33 and the drive roller 34 for driving the toothed segment 13 is seated on the core shaft 28. The worm wheel 36 and the drive roller 37 also sit on the second hollow shaft 35 firmly; the latter is intended to drive the toothed segment 9. The worms 38 engaging in the worm wheels are set in motion by conical toothed pistons 39, the conical toothed wheel 42 fixed on the hand shaft 40 and the displaceable double-crowned conical toothed wheel 43 by means of the handwheel 41 (FIG. 9).
The movement of the worm wheel 29 is possible, please include by engaging the coupling pin 30. The Doppelkränzige gear 43 has in the middle an annular groove in which the fork arm 44 engages, which is supported by adjusting rings abge on the adjusting rod 45 sits. By moving the same come alternately the toothed pistons 39 for the drive to the worm wheels 33 respectively. 36 in one handle.
For the central position of the conical gear 43, the grooved pin of the adjusting rod 45 engages in a central detent in the guide bushing 46. In order to prevent loose work, both the adjusting rod 45 and the coupling pin 30 are slightly cushioned against each other. With the drive of the tooth segment 9, the U-shaped support frame 3 is set, for example, in the position shown in FIG.
With the drive of the tooth segment 13 (Fig. 1) also the toothed segment 12 is moved at the same time, since the Ge joints 6 (Fig. 5) due to the adjusting pin 8 can not buckle. In this case, the toothed segment 12 transfers its motion to the core shaft 28; this must, so that it runs along empty, by means of the coupling pin 30 from the worm wheel 29 disengaged who the (Fig. 7 and 8). By further driving the toothed segment 12 upwards up to a certain steep position of the strips 4, the support frame 5 is pulled along.
One of the resulting angular positions of the two fields can be seen from FIG. The overlying fabric mattress can be provided with a bellows along the propeller shaft 7 for better compliance. The pitch of the worm gears is dimensioned so that, conversely, the worm wheels cannot turn the worms 38: as a result, the supporting frame remains in any position. This type of gear ensures a smooth adjustment.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the drive of the U-shaped Tragrah mens 5 is completely omitted, but pins or rollers Y are attached to the left and right at the end of the legs of the support frame 5, which are supported on the frame edges. The movement of the U-shaped support frame 5 is then dependent on that of the strips 4. Due to the support on the frame, this embodiment has the advantage of better stability of the supporting structure.
From the constructions shown is. It can be seen that the subject matter of the invention can also be used for all types of recumbent cures, in addition to health care.
