Vibrating sieve for sorting sand, gravel, grit, slag, etc. Zur. Sorting of sand, gravel, chippings, slag, etc. is still mostly used to this day sorting drums; Vibrating sieves are rarely used because of excessive wear and tear in the previously usual heavy and industrial construction.
However, experience has shown that shaking sieve sorting, especially for fine-grained material, gives significantly better results than drum sorting. Also, drums for mobile machines can never be dimensioned large enough; In addition, sorting drums lose a relatively large amount of fall.
The subject matter of the present invention is: in a vibrating sieve which, thanks to its light construction, is limited to a minimum of wear and tear and can be used for both mobile and stationary systems.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention with two fixed U-rails. It shows: FIG. I the side view with partial section along line A-B of FIG. II; Fig. II the top view.
1 and 2 designate the two U-rails of the chassis on which the bearings 3 and -1 of the drive shaft 5 are attached. The belt pulley 6 also forms a small flywheel. In the nodes of the struts 9, 10 and 11 on both sides, collars 12 are welded, in which the transverse shaft 13 BEFE is Stigt by adjusting screws 14. The push rod 15 is chosen as a flat steel sheet, the lower end of which is worked out as a bearing. The drainage plates 16. 1: 7 and 1 '$ are supported by iron rods. In the fields 19, 20 and 21 easily replaceable wire or sheet metal screens can be set a.
The first two fields are slightly larger than the third. there. the quantity of material to be sorted decreases continuously while sliding. The frame 7 of the shaker is made of angle iron, as are the struts 9 and 11, but the latter are somewhat weaker. The struts are welded to the shaking frame, as are the outlet plate 22, the cross bars 23 and 24 and the bearing tubes of the suspension device 25 and 216.
The fixed frame -the suspension device, which from the angled, through the bearing tubes 25 respectively. 26 guided round iron 27 and $ 2, respectively, with the bearing tube 29. 30 are welded, are formed, give the vibrating sieve a stable movement at the side. All bearing tubes are provided with reinforcements 31 at the ends and have wide, exchangeable steel sleeves 32.
The continuous screw bolts 3.3. which go through the screwed-on @iTinkel 34 and 35 and bearing tubes 29 and 30 are braced with the two U-rails 1 and 2 of the chassis and therefore secured against rotation. Grease can be pressed into the spaces 36 through the lubricating bushes 37, which causes good lubrication of the friction surfaces.
