Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen eine Ausführungsform mit zwei achsial verschiebbaren Steuerschie bern, die sowohl vom Regler der Dampf turbine, als auch von einem Servomotor für das Regelungsorgan dieser Turbine betätigt werden, wobei Fig. 1 die Teile in der Lage zeigt, die sie bei normalem Antrieb einnehmen, während Fig. 2 die Teile in der Lage zeigt, die sie bei eben aussetzendem normalem Antrieb einnehmen;
Device for switching the drive of a work machine, preferably one. ICondensationspnmpengruppe, for which a normal drive and a constantly rotating steam turbine are provided. The invention relates to a device for switching the drive of a work machine, preferably a condensation pump group, for which a normal drive and a continuously running steam turbine are provided, the controller of which, acting on a control device for a servomotor of the steam inlet valve, keeps this valve normally closed, but it opens if the normal drive fails.
In such devices, it is already known to put the steam turbine through its level in operation when the speed decreases due to the lack of normal drive on by the other engine. In one embodiment, this is done by triggering a special shut-off valve. However, such valves represent a structural entanglement, and they are structurally difficult to make tight. Furthermore, such shut-off valves are to be closed by hand as soon as the engine that usually drives the work machine starts again.
In another embodiment, the switchover to steam turbine operation is effected by influencing a slide which controls the servomotor for the steam inlet valve and which is surrounded by an auxiliary slide. The latter can be adjusted manually or automatically in order to obtain the full load speed of the normal drive once during turbine operation and then to completely close the steam inlet valve again after eliminating the fault that caused the normal drive to fail.
In this second version, the steam inlet valve is opened as soon as the speed drops just a little below the normal speed (full load speed). If, therefore, the speed fluctuates somewhat more during normal drive, steam is already passing through the steam turbine. This causes both steam losses and greater wear and tear on the turbine, as it is too often subjected to steam in a completely unnecessary manner. Furthermore, a controller with a large degree of non-uniformity is required, so that not every normal controller can be used without further ado.
After all, the design is not entirely reliable; because the auxiliary slide can easily get stuck in its guide after a long, normal drive, so that it is not moved in the neces sary way in a directed steam operation.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which is of a simple design in that it makes it possible to manage with a single ge controlled regulating member, i.e. without a second shut-off device and without locking devices, and which is operationally safe, because moving parts cannot get stuck.
Furthermore, the invention aims to provide a Vorrich device of the type in question, the steam losses before the order to switch to the turbine drive impossible light and in which the automatic order from the turbine drive to the normal drive - usually an electric motor drive - only take place can, after there is a guarantee that this switching process can take place completely and safely and that the second engine can take over the drive alone with the required speed.
In order to achieve these advantages, in a device of the type mentioned according to the present invention, the control device of the servomotor for the steam inlet valve only allows the steam inlet valve to open in the lowest positions of the regulator when the normal drive fails, while after the normal The drive has resumed and the turbine has therefore been relieved, causing the steam inlet valve to close completely and safely as soon as the controller reaches a higher position than that which it assumes at normal load of the turbine. The control device can both from the controller.
as well as axially displaceable control slide actuated by the servomotor of the steam turbine, which can be connected in series with regard to the movement of the hydraulic fluid for the servomotor.
On the accompanying drawings, ver various embodiments of the subject of the invention are illustrated, for example, in the various figures for the sake of simplicity, only the control organ and the controller of the steam turbine and the parts of the switching device that are in operative connection with these are provided, while the steam turbine is provided itself, as well as the normal drive, for ge usually an electric motor, and the work machine to be driven, preferably a condensation pump group, are not shown.
Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment with two axially displaceable control slides, which are operated by both the controller of the steam turbine and a servomotor for the control element of this turbine, Fig. 1 shows the parts in the position that they are in assume normal drive, while Fig. 2 shows the parts in the position that they occupy when normal drive just intermittent;
3 shows the parts in position which they assume when the working machine is driven by the steam turbine; Fig. 4 to 6 show a second Ausfüh approximate form with a guided in the servo motor for the control member, transversely to the direction of movement of the servo motor movable slide with two control cams, one of which in the lowest position of the turbine regulator, the flow of pressure fluid into an Ilohlraum of the slide releases, while the second control cam controls the connection of this cavity with the servomotor cylinder.
4 shows the parts in the position which they assume with normal drive; Fig. 5 shows it in the position when the normal drive has just been set, and Fig. 6 in the position when the steam turbine drives the working machine; 7 shows an embodiment in which the two control slides of the first embodiment are designed as two overlapping slides arranged in parallel axes; Finally, FIG. 8 shows an embodiment in which one of the slides is indirectly connected to the controller.
In the various figures, 1 glass designates a control element of the steam turbine, not shown, which is designed as a valve and which can be adjusted by a servomotor 2. 5 denotes the speed controller of the steam turbine. 3 and 4 are two axially displaceable control slides, which control the flow of pressure fluid to the servomotor 2 and are connected in series with regard to the movement of this pressure fluid via a line 7.
The slide 3, 4, which are shown in the figures only schematically, so not in the correct size ratio, are in the execution form of Figure 1 to 3 to a rod 6 articulated, which is in operative connection with the sleeve of the controller 5; the rod 6 is in turn articulated at 9 to the rod 10 connecting the servo motor piston 2 to the valve 1.
The control device having the slides 3, 4 is therefore actuated by the controller 5 as well as by the servomotor piston 2. 8 denotes a spring acting on the servomotor piston 2, which acts in the sense of closing the control valve 1.
The mode of operation of the device according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is as follows: With normal drive, that is, when the working machine (not shown) is driven, for example, by an electric motor, the parts of the switching device take the ones shown in FIG / B> position shown, with the turbine running idle. The controller 5 is in the middle position. The control slide 4 assumes a deep position and it would allow pressure fluid to flow to the lower side of the servomotor piston 2 if the control slide 3 did not shut off the connection between the pressure fluid source (not shown) and the line 7.
In this position shown in FIG. 1, the slide 3 releases a narrow outlet 11 for pressure fluid that seeps through, so that the spring 8 is able to hold the control valve 1 in the closed position.
If the normal drive fails for any reason, the speed of the idle steam turbine driven by this drive also decreases, so that the controller 5 decreases. This results in a pivoting of the rod 6 around the point 9, so that the slide 4 is moved to an even lower position, while still keeping the line 7 in connection with the space under the servomotor piston 2 (Fig. 2). The control slide 3, however, is raised. so that he now, as indicated by arrows A, allows pressure fluid to flow into the line 7 and there piston 2 through to the lower side of the servo motor. This requires a movement of the servomotor piston 2 upwards. so that the control valve 1 is opened.
The steam turbine now receives steam and takes over the drive of the working machine, not shown, at the same speed that the working machine has with normal drive. The parts now assume the position shown in FIG. 3, the controller 5 again assuming the same position as in FIG. 1, since, as mentioned, the speed of the turbine is the same as with normal drive. But since the control valve 1 is now open, the pivot point 9 is in a higher position, and consequently the control slide 3 keeps the connection between the hydraulic fluid source and the line 7 free.
The control slide 4 is thus connected to the pressure fluid source, and the control device 3, 4 now ensures, in a known manner, that the control valve 1 is set to the position corresponding to the current load on the steam turbine.
It is a complete closure of the control valve 1, for the purpose of the turbine operation to normal. Switching operation instantly, only possible after the controller 5 has been brought into a higher position than that which it assumes when operating the turbine.
The latter can be initiated directly by hand, or with the help of a remote control (not shown) (for example, electromagnetic) from the starter of the normal drive machine, or can be achieved by the fact that when starting the normal drive machine, the speed of the unit as a result of mutual relief the normal value rises and the controller 5 thus assumes such a high position that the control slide 3 shuts off the flow of pressure fluid to the line 7 and at 11 an outflow is enabled so that the spring 8 can push the servomotor piston 2 down.
In this way the valve 1 is closed and the turbine no longer receives steam; the control device then assumes the position shown in FIG. 1 again. The embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6 has a single control slide 12 instead of the two control slides 3, @ 4 of the first embodiment,
which is displaceable transversely to the direction of movement of the servo motor piston 2 in a recess of rectangular cross section of this piston, whereby it is guided through the lateral boundary walls of the recess. A lever 14 rotatably mounted at 13 connects the sleeve of the turbine controller 5 with the slide 12, which has two control cams 15, 16, one of which (16) covers an opening 17 at the lowest position of the controller 5, through the pressure fluid a bore 18 provided in the servomotor piston 2 can flow into a cavity 19 of the slide.
The second control cam (15) is intended to cooperate with an opening 20 which, after covering it, enables a connection between the cavity 19 and the space 22 below the piston 2 via a second bore 21 provided in the piston 2.
The mode of operation of this second embodiment is as follows: With normal drive, that is, when the turbine is taken along empty by the normal drive machine, not shown, the parts assume the position shown in FIG. The regulator 5 and the slide 12 then assume their central position, the control valve 1 being closed, and the servomotor piston 2 is consequently in its lowest position. The cavity 19 of the control slide 12 communicates via the bore 21 with the space 22 under the servomotor piston 2.
The control cam 16, on the other hand, covers the opening 17 so that no pressure fluid can flow into the cavity 19 from the bore 18, which is constantly connected to a pressure fluid source (not shown). As a result, no pressure fluid can get into the space 22, and the spring 8 is able to keep the Rege treatment valve 1 in the closed position, so that no steam gets into the turbine.
If the normal drive fails for any reason, the various parts initially assume the position shown in FIG. The controller 5 is then in the lowest position and the control slide 12 in its extreme left position. The control cam 16 has now covered the opening 17, and since the opening 20 is also covered, pressure fluid can initially pass from the bore 18 into the cavity 19 and from there through the bore 21 into the space 22. This results in an upward movement of the piston 22, so that the control valve 1 is opened and the steam turbine now takes over the drive.
Fig. 6 shows the parts in position they occupy when driven by the steam turbine and at normal speed. The regulator 5 and the control slide 12 resume their central position. If the speed of the turbine decreases, the slide 12 is moved to the left, the opening 20 being covered, so that pressure fluid can now long from the cavity 19 into the space 22, which causes the servomotor piston 2 to be lifted until the opening 20 is covered again by the control cam 15 in the new state of equilibrium.
With increasing speed, however, the slide 12 is moved to the right, whereby the bore 21 is connected to the free drainage until the spring 8 has moved the Rege treatment valve 1 down so far that the opening 20 is covered again by the cam 15 in which case a new state of equilibrium is present.
If you want to go back to the drive by the normal drive machine, the slide 12 is to be brought to the extreme right position, for example by hand, which then results in a complete closure of the control valve 1, since then the space 22 under the piston 2 remains connected to the free drainage until valve 1 is completely closed.
Instead of designing the slide 12 shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 in such a way that it can be displaced transversely to the direction of movement of the servomotor piston 2, it can be designed as a rotary slide valve that is parallel to the servomotor piston 2 and guided therein. In this case, too, it has to be provided with two control cams, one of which, when the controller is in its lowest position, allows the pressure fluid to flow into a cavity in the slide, while the second control cam controls the connection of this cavity with the servomotor cylinder.
Instead of switching the spool 3, 4 in the manner shown in Fig. 1 to 3 with respect to the movement of the hydraulic fluid for the servomotor in a row, they can be arranged in the manner shown in Fig. 7 also overlapping parallel axes angeord net. As in fig. 1 to 3 and 7 the corresponding parts are assigned the same reference numerals, there is no need for one; detailed description of the embodiment illustrated in FIG.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 8 form of the two overlapping control slides 3, 4 of the control slide 3 un indirectly connected to the controller 5, while the other (4) is hinged to the rod 6 rend. This is rotatably mounted at the free end at 24 and articulated to the servomotor spindle 10 at the other end at 9. When the drive is normal, the control slide 3 releases a passage 23 through which seep oil can escape from the space under the servomotor piston 2.
Here, too, the spring 8 tends to keep the control valve 1 in the closed position, in which the slide 4, together with the slide via 3, shuts off the flow of pressurized oil to the servo motor.
During intermittent normal operation, i.e. when the speed drops, the slide 3 is moved downwards and thereby closes the opening 23 completely, while pressure fluid can pass through the slide 4 under the servomotor piston 2, which consequently opens the valve 1. When the valve 1 is opened, the slide 4 is also lifted by the rod 6, so that when the speed rises again, that is, when the turbine takes over the drive, the flow of hydraulic fluid to the servo motor 2 remains open.
At 23, a flow rate dependent on the position of the regulator 5 arises, which in a known manner influences the position of the servomotor piston 2 and therefore the valve 1.
