The present invention is. an electrohydraulic door opener on the door with a piston which is under liquid pressure during the entire opening process and is coupled to the door, which can be adjusted on a hydraulic path against the action of a closing spring. This spring is used in a known manner to return the piston and the door coupled to it to the closed starting position.
According to the invention, two separate groups of outlet openings, which are arranged axially one behind the other and optionally each lockable with a single closing member, are attached in the cylinder in which the aforementioned piston is adjustable. Through these optionally lockable openings, the effective path of the pressure oil delivered by the pump and thus the opening angle can be changed.
In the accompanying drawing is. the scheme of an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
In this drawing. 1 denotes a loading container for the hydraulic medium, e.g. B. for oil, in which the entire hydraulic part of the door opener, immersed in the oil, is accommodated. The gear pump 2 with the intake port 3 is located in the container 1. This pump is driven. by an electric motor, not shown. From the gear pump 2, the oil passes through line 4 to a differential pressure valve 5.
From this latter, a line 6, from which an adjustable outlet valve 27 branches off, leads via a check valve 28 to the cylinder 8, in the head of which it opens freely. A suction valve 17, an adjustable pressure relief valve 29, an outlet valve 11 and a damping valve 10 are connected to the same cylinder head, the latter two opening into a line 9 whose outlet opening 7 is controlled by the already mentioned differential pressure valve 5.
In cylinder 8, the double-acting piston, which is acted upon on both sides, can be moved. He exists. from a head part 14 and a shaft 15. The latter is directly or indirectly connected to the door to be operated via a hole 16 by setting, not dargestell th in the drawing. An adjustable closing spring, not shown in the drawing, is used to bring the piston 14, 15 back into its starting position and the door coupled to it into its closed starting position.
In addition to the valves already mentioned, connected to the cylinder head, a throttle valve 19 is also connected to the cylinder end on the piston rod side. The valves 17, 19 are connected to the interior of the container 1 via nozzles 21 and 22, respectively.
In the cylinder 8, two separate groups of four openings 23 and 25 each, which are attached axially one behind the other are provided, which can be closed individually by a screw 24 or 26 extending transversely to the openings mentioned. Of course, this optional closure of individual outlet openings of a group could also be effected by a piston that can be displaced transversely to the openings mentioned. This piston could, for example, be held in the desired position by a spring engaging in a catch of the piston.
As indicated schematically in the drawing, the valves 10, 11 and 19 are each individually adjustable and adjustable by throttle screws. The so-called. Bypass valve 9-7 dominates the line 30 leading into the interior of the container 1. The pump and the hydraulic part of the door opener are housed in the container 1. The operation of the door opener described is the following: The drive motor, not shown, for the gear pump 2 can beam interruption, etc., by means of manually operated contacts, thresholds, light, etc. in a well-known manner. will.
The oil pumped by pump 2 passes through line 4 under the valve body of the raised differential pressure valve 5, through line 6 and under the likewise raised Rücl @ impact valve 28 through into cylinder B. Through the liquid keitsdruck on the left face of the Kol benkopfes 1.4, the piston 14, 15 is moved to the right and the door coupled with it is opened. As it moves, the piston must displace the oil located between the shaft and the inner wall of the cylinder.
This oil can initially escape through the openings 23 and 25 and through the throttle valve 19, towards the end of the work cycle only through the latter. The pressure effect on the piston continues until it releases the outflow openings 23 which are not closed by 24. Shortly afterwards, as soon as the piston closes the outflow openings 25, the damping begins, because in this position the brake fluid can only escape through the throttle valve 19.
The effect of the damping can be adapted to the requirements of the operation by setting this valve accordingly. By the screw 26 the beginning of this damping is set depending on the given relationship sen.
The overpressure on the left side of the piston and thus the opening force. can be regulated by setting the throttle valve 29 accordingly, while the opening speed is determined by the setting of the throttle valve 27. By appropriately setting the regulating screws 24 and 26, you have the option of being able to set the opening angle within certain limits, for example from 85-100.
The door is kept open as long as the drive motor is running. Which time, for example, can be set by a timing relay. The backward movement of the piston takes place after the motor for the gear pump 2 has been shut down by the control system known from see above, by the spring, not shown, already mentioned. The closing speed is determined by setting the throttle valve 11.
After the piston, for example, has reached the position shown in solid lines in the drawing, the oil located to the left of the head 14 can only escape via the throttle valve 10, the setting of which is thus the damping when the door is closed, with the oil over 5 enters the container.
One with. The described Einriehtung ,, adjustable door can of course also be opened by hand. For this purpose, the suction valve 17 is provided, which easily allows adjustment of the piston and thus the opening of the door. Even when the drive motor for the pump 2 is de-energized, the door provided with the new door opener can easily be opened by hand, while the said spring automatically closes it.
The device described is very simple and therefore reliable in operation.
