Description

  

      Stöpselflaschenversehluss    an Flasche.         Gegenstand    vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Stöpselflaschenverschluss    an Flasche,  welcher zum Verschliessen von zur Auf  nahme von alkoholfreien, aus Früchten her  gestellten Getränken dienenden Flaschen  Verwendung finden kann, der als Filter aus  gebildet ist.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der  Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel  dargestellt, und es zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht desselben,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     I-I     der     Fig.    1, und       Fig.    3 einen Grundriss desselben.  



  Der in dem Flaschenkopf 5 eingesetzte  aus einem durch Fruchtsäure nicht angreif  barem Material, zum Beispiel     Hartgummi,     hergestellte Stöpsel 6 weist eine unten abge  schlossene     achsiale    Bohrung 7 auf, -in welche  am untern zylindrischen     Stöpselende    8 ra  diale Bohrungen 9 münden.

   Eine Dichtungs  scheibe 10 ist von unten her über das     Stöp-          selende    8 gesteckt und es bildet deren äu  sserer Rand in der Schliesslage das Abdich-         tungsorgan    zwischen dem Flaschenkopf 5  und dem Stöpsel 6. Über den Stöpsel 6  ist eine     Luftfilterscheibe    11 gelegt und über  dieser ein Deckel 12 angeordnet, der mittelst  eines Bügels 13 eines an und für sich be  kannten Bügelverschlusses in der Schliesslage  den Deckel gegen den Stöpsel 6 und diesen  gegen den Flaschenkopf 5     anpresst.    In dieser  Lage greift der Bügel 13 in eine Rinne     1.1     des Deckels 12 ein.

   Der Raum zwischen  dem Deckel 12 und der     Luftfiltrierschicht    11  ist mit     Filtrierwatte    ausgefüllt, wie auch die  Bohrung 7 im Stöpsel 6. Im Deckel 12 sind  Bohrungen 15     (Fig.    3) vorgesehen und an  dessen Unterseite ein von oben her einge  drückter     Pressring    16, welchem ein auf dem  Stöpsel 6 aufgesetzter     Gegenpressring    17 ent  spricht.  



  Beim Schliessen des Verschlusses wird  unter Wirkung des     Verschlussbügels    13 die       hiltrierwatte    zwischen dem Deckel 12 und  der     Luftfiltrierscheibe    11, insbesondere zwi  schen den Ringen 16 und 17, zusammenge  presst und so gegen die     Luftfiltrierscheibe    11      gepresst, dass letztere innerhalb der Ringe 16  und 17     trommelfellartig    gespannt wird und  dass ein Entweichen von Gasen aus der Fla  sche,

   sowie ein     Eintreten    von Luft in dieselbe  zwischen den     Pressringen    16 und 17 hindurch  verhindert wird und nur durch die     Filtrier-          mittel    und die Bohrungen 15 im Deckel 12  erfolgen     kann.
