Description

  

  Gehäuse für elektrische Maschinen.    Es sind bereits Gehäuse für elektrische  Maschinen bekannt geworden, die sich aus       miteinanderzum    Beispiel durch Verschraubung  oder     Verschweissung    verbundenen,     schmied-          eisernen    Teilen zusammensetzen. Die vor  liegende Erfindung ermöglicht die Herstellung  eines billigen Gehäuses dieser Art. Erfin  dungsgemäss werden als Träger und zur Zen  trierung des aktiven Eisens der elektrischen  Maschinen     U-förmig    gebogene Stäbe, die unter  sich durch Ringe verbunden sind, benutzt.  



  Das beigefügte, perspektivische Bild zeigt  ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gehäuses gemäss  der Erfindung. 1, 1 sind die Ringe und 2  die U-förmig gebogenen Stäbe, zum Beispiel  aus Flacheisen. 3 sind weitere Verstrebun  gen zwischen den beiden Ringen 1, zum Bei  spiel Gasrohre. 4, 4 sind die     Pressplatten     des Blechpaketes 5 (letzteres ist strichpunk  tiert eingezeichnet). Keile 6 der Flacheisen  2 dienen in üblicher Weise zum axialen Hal  ten des Blechpaketes 5 mitsamt den     Press-          platten    4, 4. Die einzelnen     Gebäuseteile    sind  miteinander verschweisst.

      Das korbartige Gehäuse kann     finit    einem       Mantel    umgeben sein zur Führung von in der  Maschine bewegter Luft; die     zwischen    den  Ringen 1 und 4 und den Stäben 2 gebildeten  Aussparungen dienen dem Luftaustausch.  Die Länge der Teile 2 und 3 richtet sich  nach der Breite der zu bauenden Maschine.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Gehäuse fürelektrische Maschinen,gekenn- zeichnet durch zur Zentrierung des aktiven Eisenkörpers dienende, unter sich durch Ringe verbundene, U-förmig gebogene Stäbe als Träger des aktiven Eisenkörpers. <B>UNTERANSPRÜCHE:</B> 1. Gehäuse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass neben den Tragstäben noch besondere Verstrebungen zwischen die Ringe eingesetzt sind, zwecks weiterer Versteifung des Gehäuses. 2. Gehäuse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse mit einem Mantel als Luftführer umhüllt ist.
