Description
In dem Patent 445 971 ist ein Verfahren zum Einbringen von Formspulen in schräg zueinander stehende offene Nuten beschrieben, bei dem die Spulen an beiden Stirn-Seiten aufgeschnitten werden, darauf die beiden Hälften ohne Änderung ihrer Form in die Nuten eingebracht werden und sodann die freien Hälften der Enden miteinander wieder vereinigt werden. Dieses Verfahren bietet Schwierigkeiten, wenn mehrere Spulen mit ihren Stirnseiten nebeneinander herlaufen, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist. Diese zeigt, in das Maschineneisen 1 eingebettet, zwei Spulen 2 und 3, die mit ihren Stirnseiten 4 und 5 nebeneinander herlaufen. Wohl kann die Spule 2, nachdem sie an den Stellen 6 und 7 auseinandergeschnitten ist und die beiden Hälften in das Eisen eingelegt sind, an den beiden Schnittstellen bequem wieder zusammengefügt werden. Wollte man aber mit der Spule 3 ebenso verfahren, so würden sich beim Zusammenfügen ihrer Enden an den Schnittstellen 6 und 7 der Spule 2 entsprechenden Schnittstellen 8 und 9 Schwierigkeiten ergeben, da die Arbeit durch die im Wege liegende Spule 2 behindert wird. Man könnte diesen Nachteil dadurch umgehen, daß man die Stirnseiten der Spule 2 von den Stirnseiten der Spule 3 genügend entfernt anordnet, so daß man die nötige Arbeitsfreiheit erhält. Dies hat aber den Nachteil, daß die Spule 3 in der Nutenrichtung erheblich verlängert wird, was einen Mehraufwand an'Material und Vergrößerung des Raumes für die Wicklung zur Folge hat. Diese Nachteile werden nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, daß die Spule 3 an ihren Stirnseiten in der Nähe der Ecken, wo die Stirnverbindungen der vorher eingelegten Spule 2 denen der einzulegenden Spule 3 noch nicht benachbart sind, aufgeschnitten wird. Dieses Verfahren ist in der Zeichnung durch die Schnittstellen io und ii veranschaulicht. Wie ersichtlich, laufen an diesen Stellen die Stirnseiten der Spule 2 nicht mehr neben den Stirnseiten der Spule 3 her, so daß genügend Raum zur Verfügung steht, um die beiden Hälften der Stirnseiten der Spulen schnell und gut zusammenzufügen. Um die aufgeschnittenen Enden gut und bequem verbinden zu können, werden die Spulen zweckmäßig nacheinander, beginnend mit der engsten Spule, eingelegt und an den Schnittstellen verbunden, so daß bei der Herstellung der Verbindungsstellen an den Stirnseiten der Spulen weder eine Behinderung durch die bereits vorher eingelegte engere Spule noch durch die später einzulegende weitere Spule möglich ist.In patent 445,971 there is a method for inserting preformed coils in obliquely open grooves standing to one another are described, in which the coils on both front sides are cut open, then the two halves without changing their shape in the grooves are introduced and then the free halves of the ends together again be united.
