   Es ist bekannt, Magneträder elektrischer Maschinen mit Rücksicht auf die Festigkeit aus nebeneinanderliegenden, gewalzten Platten oder Ringen aufzubauen. Diese Platten können mit Rücksicht auf die Breite der Walzgestelle nur mit einer beschränkten Breite hergestellt werden. Ebenso ist der Aussendurchmesser der Ringe durch die Abmessungen des Walzwerks beschränkt. Ferner kann auch ein gewisser Durchmesser mit Rücksicht auf die Transportmöglichkeiten nicht überschritten werden. 



   Die zwei-oder mehrfache radiale Unterteilung des Rades verbietet sich vielfach durch die hohe tangentiale Beanspruchung. 



   Gemäss der Erfindung werden Magneträder   grossen   Durchmessers ebenfalls aus nebeneinanderliegenden Platten oder Ringen hergestellt, die jedoch einen verhältnismässig kleinen Durchmesser besitzen, und die Verbindung zwischen den Polen und dem Radkörper geschieht durch beispielsweise T-förmige Zwischenstücke, die beispielsweise mittels Schwalbenschwanzes an dem aus Platten aufgebauten Radkörper befestigt sind. Die Führung des Kraftflusses erfolgt durch die Querbalken des T-förmigen Zwischenstückes. Die Seitenflächen der Balken
