<tb> of a <SEP> component <SEP> according to <SEP> of the <SEP> invention; Fig. 7 shows the use of a construction element according to the invention for door frames; 8, 9 and 10 show cross-sections through different door frame shapes; 11 and 12 show the arrangement and use of structural elements according to the invention in stone facades.
In the case of the window frame, which is shown in FIG. 1, the lintel, the bench and the walls of the window consist of construction elements whose shapes can be seen in the cross sections of FIGS. 3, 4 and 5. Each of these structural elements consists of a molded body a made of artificial stone, for example concrete, and a plate-shaped cladding b-b made of natural stone, for example marble, which covers this on the outside.
In this case, the cladding of each construction element consists of two plates b, one of which is shown in Fig. 2 and which are attached to the outside of the molded body a. The edges of these plates b are provided with slots c for attaching anchoring brackets d.
In the finished .Zu stand the anchoring bracket d are embedded in the .Formkörper a, which is reinforced by iron rods e, and secure a rigid connection between the plates b and the molding a by penetrating deep into the mass of the molding a.
The production of such a Bauelemen tes is illustrated for example by FIG. In a wooden cladding 4, the natural stone plates b are used on the sides to be covered to the outside, then the anchoring bracket d, the shape of which can be different according to FIGS. 3, 4, 5. and 6, hung in the slots c, and finally the cavity of the Cladding into which the anchoring brackets d protrude,
with the insertion of the iron rods c filled with a concrete mass used to produce the molded body a in compact compression. After setting, you get a composite stone, the parts of which are firmly attached and the facade is made of natural stone. In order to enable the attachment of clamps in the structural elements, wooden dowels i are left in the molded body a at the desired locations (FIG. 6).
With regard to the arrangement of the anchoring brackets d, it should be noted that the same are expediently laid in the case of angled cladding panels in such a way that they are connected to one panel by their one leg and to the other panel by their other leg.
In the case of door frames (FIG. 7), the ratios are similar to those of window frames. In the various cross-sectional shapes in FIGS. 8, 9 and 10, a denotes the molded body made of artificial stone, b denotes the natural stone panels and d denotes the anchoring brackets Connection of the same with the molded body a. In Fig. 10 the molded body a is clad on three sides with natural stone.
The present component is also suitable for wall covering, as can be seen for example in FIGS. 11 and 12, where various such components, whose molded artificial stone body is again denoted by a and the natural stone cladding with b, are used to cover a facade and a corner edge side by side are lined up. Here k is the raw masonry covered in this way.
As proceeded from the examples listed, the use of the present component is varied.
