Plate-shaped component.
The invention relates to a plate-shaped component, consisting of a metallic or wooden frame of any shape and cross-section and a frame filling made of pumice concrete, slag concrete or another suitable material and consists in that on the one hand the frame strip and the frame filling in planes parallel to the plate surface and on the other hand, the frame bar is traversed by channels only in planes perpendicular to the plate surface. through which anchor rods are inserted and locked at both ends in a known manner when assembling the components.
EMI1.1
Fig. 1 shows the plate in elevation. Fig. 1 f shows different profiles for forming the frame, Fig. 2 and 3 two types of connection of plates. FIG. 4 is a joint between a side wall and a partition, FIG. 5 is a hinge point for a door. Fig. 5 shows a corner connection, Fig. 7 shows the production of a wall from rows of building elements arranged next to and on top of one another, Fig. 8 is a cross-section on an enlarged scale, Fig. 9 shows a plate which, thanks to its suitable profile, serves as a window cornice can.
As can be seen, the structural elements consist of panels 1 made of light-weight pumice concrete, slag concrete or also of compressed and agglomerated fibrous materials. Wood wool, etc., which are preferably rectangular, but can also have any other suitable shape and which are framed as an essential feature. ? made of metal or wood. The frames can have any profile. The Fig. 1, H- / shows embodiments of such profiles. A U-profile is particularly suitable for these frame legs. These panels are produced in the factory itself by inserting the filling material 7 into the frame in a manner known per se:! is poured in and made to set.
At the same time, channels are created in the filler during this production process. ! for inserting anchor bolts, etc., which channels with corresponding holes in the frame

inserted into the thresholds and pushed against each other. The plates are then connected to one another either by means of the anchor bolts -1, which are pulled through all the plates and fitted with washers and nuts N on both sides of the protruding ends.
By tightening the nuts, the individual panels are pressed firmly against each other and together form a rigid wall. Or else, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, the plates are fastened by means of tabs 10, which extend over their adjacent frame legs and by means of cross bolts 11,
EMI1.4
At the upper edge of the panels arranged next to one another, a continuous connection is established by placing either an ordinary wood or flake iron strip so that all the stud bolts 5 of the panels pass through it. The ceiling bolts, which are either made of iron or wood, are placed on this bar, and a further U-iron eye shaft 7 'is placed on this, in which a second horizontal row of plates is then inserted.
All of these elements are among themselves

connected by means of screws, bolts or in any other way. The plates of this second row, like those of the first row, can be connected to one another by anchor bolts 4 or straps 10 and cross bolts 11. In addition, they can either have a rectangular shape exactly like the former, or they can have a sloping upper narrow side for the purpose of forming a gable wall.
Corner connections and joints between walls running perpendicular to one another are produced in the manner shown in FIGS. 4 and 6. As can be seen, for this purpose the metal frame 2 of at least one plate 1 is wider than normal and it is provided with bores in both its thighs and in its sole which are offset in height from one another. As before, the holes in the bottom of the frame correspond to the channels: 3 ion the plates and are used to push through the anchor bolts 4 of those plates that are in a straight line on the plate serving as the corner plate

to the former aligned row of plates and anchor bolts are also pulled through.
Finally, panels that are used to hinge doors or windows can be a profile. as can be seen in Fig. 5 obtained.
The joints between the individual panels can be cemented or covered with metal or wooden strips to prevent moisture penetration.
An embodiment of the plates, as shown in Fig. 9, can also be used for the manufacture of window cornices.
