Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines braunen liiipenfarbstofes der Anthraehinonreihe. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines braunen Küpenfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. 2. 6- Dimerkaptoanthracen mit 2 Mol. der 1- Chloranthrachinon-2-carbonsäure kondensiert und das so gebildete 2 .
6-Di-(2'-carboxy-1'- antrachinonyl-thio)-anthracen durch Einwir kung von sauren Kondensationsmitteln in das Thioxanthon überführt.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit roter Farbe und färbt aus. der grünen Hydrosulfitküpe Baum wolle in kräftigen und echten gelbbraunen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Durch Kondensation von 2 Mol. 1-Chlor- anthrachinon-2-carbonsäure mit 1 Mol. 2. 6- Dimerkaptoanthracen erhält man in gleicher Weise wie im Beispiel des Hauptpatentes an gegeben eine Dicarbonsäure, die trocken ein oranges Pulver darstellt. das in Alkalien mit oranger, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braunoliver, rasch in Grüngrau übergehende r Farbe löslich ist.
15 Teile dieser Dicarbonsäure werden in 240 Teilen Trichlorbenzol mit 12,.1 Teilen Phosphorpentaehlorid nach den Angaben des Beispiels des Hauptpatentes in das Di- thioxanthon übergeführt.
