Description

  

      Vorrichtunh    zum Schneiden von     Geiniisen    und     Wurstwaren.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine Vorrichtung  zum Schneiden von Gemüsen und     Win,stwaren.     



  Gemäss der Erfindung kann die Schneid  klinge mittelst Schrauben verstellt werden,  so dass das zu scheidende Gut in beliebig dicke  Schichten oder Scheiben geteilt werden kann.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes     istin    der beiliegenden Zeichnung  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt       Fig.    1 einen Grundriss,       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht der     Vorrichtung     in geschlossener Stellung der     Schneidklinge,    und       Fig.    3 einen Vertikalschnitt nach Linie       A-B    in     Fig.    1 in offener Stellung der Schneid  klinge.  



  Die gezeichnete Vorrichtung weist eine       Schneidklinge    1 auf, welche auf dem     mit-          telst    Bolzen 2 schwenkbar gelagerten Holz  körper 3 aufgeschraubt ist. Die Stellschrauben  4 verbinden den mit der     Schneidklinge    ver  bundenen Holzkörper 3 mit dem Hauptrahmen  5 und ermöglichen durch ihre Betätigung die       Messerstellung        zri    verändern.    Die auf dem Hauptrahmen 5 aufliegenden       Unterlagscheiben    6 und die Federn 7 in Ver  bindung mit den Schrauben 4 bewirken beim  Lösen der letzteren ein selbsttätiges Öffnen  der     Schneidklinge    1.  



  Auf dein Rahmen 5 ist in Anpassung an  die     Schneidklinge    eine Führungsplatte 8 auf ge  schraubt. Zwecks sicherer Handhabung der  Vorrichtung ist der Rahmen 5 mit einem Aus  schnitt 9 und einer Stütze 10 versehen.

The washers 6 resting on the main frame 5 and the springs 7 in conjunction with the screws 4 cause the cutting blade 1 to open automatically when the latter is loosened.
