Fig. 1 zeigt das erste Ausführungsbei spiel auseinandergenommen, und zwar den an der Wand zu befestigenden Wandtragteil mit den Armaturteilen, den am Tragteil zu befestigenden Wärmeaustauscher und den gleichfalls am Tragteil zu befestigenden Schutzmantel; Fig. 2 zeigt, wie bei diesem Erhitzer der Wärmeaustauscher ein- und ausgebaut wer den kann; Fig. 3 zeigt eine andere Ausführungs form mit kastenartigem Wandtragteil, aus einandergenommen;
Fig. 4 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt längs der Mittelebene des Wandtragteils der Fig. 3, bei ausgebautem Wärmeaustauscher; Fig. 5 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt längs der Mittelebene des Erhitzers nach Fig. 3, bei eingebautem Wärmeaustauscher;
Wall-mounted, gas-fired liquid heater. The invention relates to a gas-heated liquid heater to be attached to a wall. This is characterized according to the invention by a wall bracket to be attached to the wall, as well as the fact that on the one hand the heat exchanger, on the other hand the one from the burner, as well as from the control and distribution devices for gas and water and the connection parts for the Gas and water pipe existing fittings are each attached to the wall support part for them.
The V4 edge support part is expediently designed as a wall frame and can carry the connection part for the exhaust pipe. and this can be arranged on the wall support part in such a way that the exhaust pipe does not have to be removed from the wall support part when the heat exchanger is removed.
The upper part of the wall support part also has a draft interruption (to keep the chimney at a distance from the combustion chamber that generates the necessary draft itself) and a backflow protection (anti-backflow protection), which prevents gases from flowing back through the flue pipe (e.g. as a result of a gust of wind blowing into the chimney) directs these gases to the side so that they cannot enter the combustion chamber of the heater and disrupt the combustion there.
The wall support part can be formed as a hollow body; in its upper part it can then form an exhaust gas chamber for the exhaust gases coming from the heat exchanger, and it can also accommodate at least part of the fitting sunk in this way. that only the handles required for operation protrude freely. The heat exchanger itself can, at least partially, be sunk into the wall support part.
Fittings and heat exchangers can be removed and replaced individually. The latter is particularly useful for the heat exchanger, since it is most exposed to wear and tear. The drawing shows some execution examples of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 shows the first Ausführungsbei game disassembled, namely the wall support part to be attached to the wall with the fitting parts, the heat exchanger to be attached to the support part and the protective jacket also to be attached to the support part; Fig. 2 shows how in this heater, the heat exchanger installed and removed who can; Fig. 3 shows another embodiment form with a box-like wall support part, taken from each other;
FIG. 4 is a vertical section along the median plane of the wall support part of FIG. 3, with the heat exchanger removed; Figure 5 is a vertical section along the median plane of the heater of Figure 3 with the heat exchanger installed;
Fig. 6, 7 and 8 show another imple mentation form, namely Fig. 6 in vertical section, Fig. 8 is a perspective view, and Fig. 7 is a cross section through the exhaust line along the line A-B of Fig. 6; _ Fig. 9 shows a further embodiment, partly in a vertical center section, partly in view.
In all the exemplary embodiments, the heat exchanger consists of tubes intended for the flow of the water to be heated, the heating surface of which is flushed by the meat gases and enlarged by sheet metal ribs or sheet metal lamellas. Downwards, towards the burner, the heat exchanger in all embodiments has a shaft-like extension, the so-called combustion chamber, in which the combustion of the gases rising from the burner takes place and which simultaneously leads the heating gases to the fin body.
Furthermore, in all exemplary embodiments, the fitting consists of the burner, as well as the control and distribution devices for gas and water and the connection parts for the gas and water lines.
The heater according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a plate-shaped, on the wall to be strengthened wall support part 1, on which the valve 2, the distribution devices from the control and Ver 2a and 2b for gas and water, the connection parts 3 and 4 for the gas and water supply and the burner 5 is attached. The wall support part also has eyelets 6 into which the heat exchanger 7 can be hung by means of hooks 8 attached to it. Furthermore, eyelets 9 are attached to the wall support part, which are used to attach the decorated protective jacket 10.
The protective jacket is open on its front side, and the opening can be closed by means of the door 11 except for an air gap below the same. This air gap is used to supply the combustion air to the burner, while the exhaust gases are discharged through a pipe connection piece 12 fastened to the top of the protective jacket.
Fig. 2 shows how the Wärmeaus exchanger 7 after opening the door 11 of the Man means 10 can be removed or removed with ease. The protective jacket on 11, since it can remain permanently on the wall support part 1 and also transfers the weight of the exhaust gas ducting parts directly to the latter, to a certain extent reinforce this wall support part the heat exchanger and fitting can be seen each attached to the wall support part.
The design of the water spaces of the heat exchanger and their connection with one another is not shown in the figures, they can be done in different ways.
In the heater of FIGS. 3 to 5 is. the wall support part 13 is designed as a wall frame in the form of a flat box as a hollow body with the rear wall 20, the side walls 21 and the perforated front wall 22, so that the heat exchanger 14 in the manner shown in FIG Wall frame can be stored and is therefore partially sunk in the wall support part. Likewise, the fitting 15 is attached within the box-like frame mens, only the handles 16 and 17 of the control and distribution devices for gas and water are outside. The burner 19 of the valve sits on the burner tube 18.
On the rear wall 20 of the box-like wall frame, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, clamps 23 are attached, in which the heat exchanger 14 is suspended by means of the hook 24 attached to it. The water space of the heat exchanger 14 is connected to an outlet pipe 25 and the wall frame has a lateral opening 26, the position of which corresponds to that of the outlet pipe 25. After the heater has been put together, the outlet pipe leading to the tub and the shower can be connected to the pipe 25 through the opening 26 through the (not shown) frame attached to the wall.
A connection, not visible, attached to the heat exchanger for the water supply is connected to the water supply pipe 27. _The connection parts of the fitting for gas and water pipes are labeled 16a and 16b. In this embodiment, too, the fitting and the heat exchanger are each attached to the wall support part.
The upper part of the wall frame is designed as an exhaust chamber. The gases rising from the heat exchanger 14 can pull up through the cavity 28 of the wall frame. You then step with order to the front in a forward direction ended extension 29 of the exhaust gas chamber, which serves as a train break and has a freely opening lower opening 30 for this purpose.
The wall frame has an opening 31 at the top with an outwardly flanged edge as a connection part for the exhaust pipe. In the upper part of the exhaust gas space there is also a guide wall 32 that acts as a backflow prevention device, which directs gases flowing back through the exhaust pipe to the side so that they outward through the opening 30 without disrupting the combustion of the heating gas in the heater's combustion space can kick.
The heat exchanger of the heater is covered by a decorative jacket 33 attached to the wall frame, which has an opening 34 at the level of the burner 19 through which the combustion air can pass to the burner.
The liquid heater according to FIGS. 6 to 8 is similar to the vorbesehriebenen builds, but the exhaust gas discharge is set up slightly different. Above the heat exchanger 14 there is arranged an inclined wall 35, which is intended to route the exhaust gases more towards the rear wall 20 of the wall frame so that the decorative jacket 33 is not excessively heated on its upper side. The outlet opening 36 for the exhaust gases and also the exhaust pipe 37 to be attached are, as FIGS. 7 and 8 show, rectangular.
Such an exhaust pipe adapts particularly well to the wall of the room, so that it is far less disruptive than the usual round exhaust pipe. In this embodiment too, the fitting and the heat exchanger are each fastened to the wall support part.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 9, the exhaust gas duct is net angeord so that the space in which the heater hangs is completely free of any exhaust gas line. This is achieved in that in the area of the upper part of the wall frame serving as an exhaust chamber, which in this case remains closed at the top, a flue pipe 38 is arranged on the wall frame, which is attached to an opening in the wall frame rear wall 20 so that it is directly in a corresponding wall opening leading to a chimney or directly outside can be introduced. The exhaust chamber is connected to the exhaust pipe via the opening.
In this embodiment, too, the armature and heat exchanger, which are designed in exactly the same way as in the case of the previously mentioned one, are each attached to the wall support part.
In all of the illustrated embodiments, the heat exchanger can be removed for cleaning or replacement without it being necessary to remove the connection lines, in particular the exhaust line.
