<I>Ausführungsbeispiel<B>3:</B></I> Eine Kupferoxydammoniakzelluloselösung enthalte<B>7 %</B> Zellulose,<B>3</B> % Kupfer und<B>i</B> 9o' Ammoniak.
Process for making clay from artificial silk .. artificial hair, ribbons, etc. - of a matt appearance. The addition of Kautsclink to spinning solutions has already been proposed according to the German Putentshrift No. 138511 and English Patent No. 266951196 in order to impart the valuable egg juice properties of the rubber to the threads spun from it.
In this case, the Kautselluk first had to be brought into solution with a suitable solvent, which solution was then intended to be mixed homogeneously with the viscose.
According to the present invention, no homogeneous dissolution of the cheese in the spinning solution or the products produced is sought, but merely an emulsion (ylation of the additive in the spinning solution and a fine, but at least inhomogeneous distribution,
of the rubber in the products. For this purpose, the intermediate product of the chewing chew, the latex, is mixed in with the spinning solutions, specifically in the form of the known commercially available concentrates. The emulsification of the latex can easily be carried out in all those spinning solutions which are alkaline, for example in the viscose and in the copper oxide ammonia cellulose solution.
The spinning solutions evenly mixed with latex can be spun in the usual way without any problems. In the case of viscose, the generally known in technology, in particular acidic precipitators, can be used. The small latex spheres with a diameter of no more than 0.02 mm pass through the fine, but at least much larger spinning orifices without any problems, without blockages occurring.
In the filled, washed and finished products, one finds the latex balls coagulated to rubber, enclosed in a fine distribution. The latex, as it stands out in its nature, can hardly be used because of its instability. The stabilized, commercially available latex concentrates and / or. -Preparations.
As a rule, they have a concentration of around <B> 60%, </B> but can also be present and used in concentrated or diluted form. Depending on the amount and the concentration of the latex preparation used, the appearance of the products obtained, in particular their gloss, has been influenced. The latex preparations respectively. Concentrates can be used in both vulcanized and non-vulcanized form.
The invention can be used to produce artificial silk or staple fiber from viscose, copper oxide ammonia cellulose solution and gliding of any desired gloss. It also proves to be particularly suitable for the production of artificial horsehair and ribbons, which is why the industry prefers particularly waxy, matt products.
To influence the shine of rayon, it is sufficient to achieve almost all shades of gloss from conventional rayon to complete dullness, if the spinning solutions of the known, commercially available latex concentrates, for example, are <B> 60 </B> 70 < B> 1 </B> 7o- at a minimum to about <B> 10% </B> at the #maximum, calculated on the textile stock released in Aden spinning solutions.
Depending on the amount of additive, it is in your hand to soften the shine of the products in any way you wish. In the case of artificial horsehair or ribbons, where a particularly pronounced M-attness is sometimes desired, there are no difficulties in finding the spinning solutions or . to incorporate an even higher percentage of additives into the products.
<I> Exemplary embodiment </I> <B> 1: </B> An aqueous emulsion of <B> 8% </B> cellulose content and <B> 7% </B> alkali becomes a normal operating viscosity Latex concentrate in unvulcanized form in a mence of <B> 3%, </B> calculated on the cellulose content, added, well mixed, and this spinning solution then in the usual way, for example into threads, horsehair or spun ribbon etc.,
using a common 1'7ällba # des. It would get the products with a visibly softer luster compared to those without additives.
<I> Embodiment 2: </I> To be carried out as <B> 1, </B> but with the difference that the 60% latex concentrate is used in vulcanized form.
<I> EXAMPLE <B>3:</B> </I> A copper oxide ammonia cellulose solution contains <B> 7% </B> cellulose, <B> 3 </B>% copper and <B> i </B> 9o 'ammonia. For this purpose, about 4 ares of the <B> 60 '</B> ige, vulcanized or un- zn <B> / 0 </B> vulcanized latex concentrate are added per liter and the well mixed solution is spun in the known manner.
