Ventil.
In.
Wird die :Spule 12 unter Spannung ge setzt, so wird die Platte 7 auf ihren Sitz 9 gezogen, bei Einschaltung,der Spule 11 wird das Ventil geöffnet. Man kann durch irgend eine Unterbrechereinri@chtung die Spulen 11 und 12 abwechselnd einschalten, um das Ventil in einem bestimmten Rsthmu;
Es ge nügt vielmehr, dieselben ,ständig eingeschal- tet zu lassen. Sie werden dann so bemessen, dass auf die auf dem Sitz 9 aufliegende Ventil platte 7 ein zusätzlicher Schliess,druck aus geübt wird;
Valve. The subject of the invention is a valve with an annular valve plate which is under the action of two induction coils, of which: one is inserted into the valve catcher, the other into the valve seat. These can simultaneously or alternately exert an electromagnetic force in the opening or closing direction on the valve plate, as a result of which a light and easy type of valve actuation can be achieved.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the object of the invention in FIGS. 1 and 2 in section and plan view.
1 and 2 show a ring valve of a known type with the seat 9, the valve catcher carried by the bolt 10 and the valve plate 7. In. The two induction coils 11 and 12 are inserted around the running grooves 13 and 14 of the valve catcher R and the seat 9, which are annular and which have approximately the same diameter as the valve plate.
to keep the path of the line of force as short as possible.
If the: coil 12 is energized, the plate 7 is pulled onto its seat 9, when the coil 11 is switched on, the valve is opened. One can switch on the coils 11 and 12 alternately by any interrupter device in order to switch the valve on at a certain stage.
s or as a function of changes in any state variables, such as pressure, temperature, etc. to open and close. The valve can also receive its actual closing or opening force from the media itself flowing through it, in which case the action of the coils only supports the forces exerted by the media.
If it is a check valve, an alternating activation of the coils 11 and 12 is not necessary.
Rather, it is sufficient to keep them switched on all the time. They are then dimensioned so that an additional closing pressure is exerted on the valve plate 7 resting on the seat 9;
this improves the seal. If the pressure under the valve plate rises so strongly that the plate is lifted, an air gap is inserted between the plate and the coil 12, which causes the effect of this coil to drop sharply. The more the plate 7 moves upwards, the stronger the coil 11 becomes.
In this way, the opening movement of the valve is accelerated, and the same applies to the closing movement, in which the action of the coil 12 increases and that of the coil 11 decreases again as the valve plate approaches the seat 9.
