Beschickungsregler.
Loading regulator. The object of the invention forms a controller that serves to bezw the feed. To influence the grinding stock feed or the like, in particular on mills and similar machines, depending on the current load of the drive electric motor, in such a way that the specification: the grinding stock in one, brings about an even load on the drive motor within practical limits. Extent is done.
The regulation takes place with the aid of an electromagnet which is switched into the electrical circuit of the drive motor and which changes its effectiveness according to the respective magnitude of the current intensity.
With the help of the new device it is possible to carry out a precise regulation without the need to open or close contacts, which, as is well known, easily give rise to malfunctions, especially in dusty companies. The transfer of the regulation process from the organ influenced by the motor current strength to the feed or The default device is purely mechanical.
Another advance of the new device is that with its help it is possible to continuously carry out a loading that comes close to the machine output without interruption and to limit the control to the. The labor consumption of shredding machines, such as mills, is fluctuating due to the unevenness of the material to be fed. Unless they are built in such a way that the specification of the material to be ground is measured according to the weight, the default devices often convey unequal amounts of weight into the machine in the unit of time.
In order to avoid overloading the drive motor, it is therefore necessary to set the presetting device to a lower quantity than corresponds to the output of the machine.
It is also very difficult at all to adjust the default or loading device so that full utilization of the drive motor is achieved. With the help of the new device you are able to - it depends, of course, in detail according to the nature of the processing = the substance - the permanent loading, for example, to about 80% of the machine output, and the rest of the capacity using the machine with the help of the automatic control in such a way that the full performance of the machine is constantly used within practical limits,
without overloading.
1 to 4 illustrate an embodiment of the invention in cal matic representation, namely Fig.1 shows a vertical section through the loading controller, Fig. 2 to 4, however, details.
The exemplary embodiment is designed in such a way that continuous loading is carried out by mechanical drive, while the top loading capacities are subject to automatic control.
The shafts 2 and 3 are rotatably mounted in the housing 1. The drive takes place through the shaft 2, which is rotated by a worm wheel 4 or in some other way from its drive machine (for which the working machine is usually chosen for structural reasons). It carries two toothed wheels 5 and 6, which mesh with the wheels 7 and 8 seated on the shaft 3 actuating the loading. The gear ratio is selected so that the wheel 7 has a greater number of revolutions than the wheel B. Between the latter and the shaft 3 there is a sleeve 9 wedged on this. The wheel 8 is able to rotate the sleeve 9.
Fixedly connected to the sleeve 9 is a rSperrad 10, which see ge in Fig. 4 in a plan view from right to left, is shown again. To the. Rade 8 is. a pawl 11 is attached, which is pressed by a leaf spring 12 in the teeth de .Sperrades 10. If the shaft 2 rotates in the direction of the arrow 13, the shaft 3 is thereby driven in the direction of the arrow 14, in which the pawl 11 couples the sleeve 9 to the wheel 8.
The gear wheel 7 is rotatable on the shaft 3 4, but is mounted laterally immovable. With the aid of a claw coupling 15, 16, the gear 7 can be coupled to the sleeve 9 and therefore to the shaft 3 at the same time. Then the shaft 3 assumes the higher order speed of the wheel 7. This is possible, please include because the wheel 8 is not directly connected to the sleeve 9, but only through the .Sperrad 10 and the pawl 11 is coupled.
The Fig.l illustrates the claw clutch 15, 16 in the engaged state. The coupling half 15 is arranged laterally ver slidable, but the coupling half 16 laterally immovable.
At the periphery of the coupling half 16 of the projecting cam 17 and the nose 1-8 is provided, which are seen from Fig. 2 in the view from right to left to he know.
To an Aehsü 19 carried by the housing 1, the angle lever 20, 21 is pivotably arranged. This also intervenes: Ralle 2? in a turned neck of the coupling half 15 and serves to move it to the left or to the right. The lever arm 20 rests with the roller 23 on the around the start of the coupling half 16. A spring 4 serves to pull the lever 21 over to the left and thereby press the roller 23 onto the coupling 16.
If the cam 17 occurs during the rotation of the coupling half 16: the roller 23, the lever arm 20 is lifted while the lever arm 21 is pushed over to the right, so that the coupling half 15 in the same direction until it engages the coupling ment 16 is shifted. With further Dre hung, as soon as the cam 17 has passed under the roller 23, the reverse process takes place; that is, the coupling half 15 is disengaged again. With each revolution of the coupling half 16 so the coupling half 15 is on for a certain time and then moves out again.
The coupling half 15 is connected to the gear wheel 7 in such a way, in the example by pins 25 which engage in corresponding bores of the wheel 7, that although they can be moved laterally against the gear, but must constantly participate in its rotation.
A further double lever is pivotably arranged around the axle 26, which is also mounted in the housing 1, the upper part 2,7 of which is designed as an armature of an electromagnet 28, while the lower part 29 is supported by a roller 30 laterally on the Coupling half 16 is at rest, and is continuously pressed against this coupling half by a spring 32 adjustable with the aid of the screw 31.
As soon as the protruding nose 18 comes under the roller 30, the lever 29 is pushed over to the right and the armature 27 is approached to the electromagnet 28. On the lever arm 20 there is also a tongue 33, which faces a projection 34 on the lever 29 at approximately the same height.
In the position shown, both are disengaged. If the lever 29 is moved over to the left by the spring 32, the projection 34 prevents the tongue 33 from falling and thus the clutch 15 from disengaging.
The length of the cam 17 and the nose 18 is now dimensioned such that the roller 23 is initially lifted when the coupling 16 rotates. Only then is the armature 27 approached to the electromagnet through the nose 18. If this is excited enough, he keeps the armature 2.7 with himself and the lever 29 remains in the position shown. If the disk 16 is rotated further, the lever 20 with the tongue 33 can sink downwards and the clutch 15 can be disengaged.
However, if the magnet 28 is not sufficiently energized, then the armature 27 cannot be retained; the lever 29 is therefore moved over to the left as soon as the nose 18 has passed underneath, so that the projection 34 under the Tongue 33 kicks. Even after the cam 17 has passed through, the lever 20 cannot then sink down, that is to say the clutch 15 remains engaged in this case. With each revolution of the coupling half 16, the coupling half 15 is engaged once, it is again .ausgerrück when the magnet 28 retains its armature 27. However, it remains engaged when the armature of the magnet falls back.
The engagement of the clutch 15 means the transmission of the movement through the gear wheel 7 to the shaft 3, that is to say an increased rotational speed of the same. In order to prevent @that with each engagement of the clutch 15, even if the magnet 28 keeps the armature 2.7 attracted, that is, if the current in the magnet already has a predetermined size, the shaft 3 also has a Assumes increased speed, the sleeve 9 with the coupling 16 is not sfarr, but by a kind of claw coupling a related party, which allows a rotation of the coupling 1.6 against the sleeve 9 by a certain arc.
There are for this purpose, as can also be seen from Fig.:3, on the sleeve 9, the lugs 36 and 37 to which a claw 35 on the coupling half 16 faces. If the sleeve 9 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 14, it rests with the catch 37 against the claw 3, 5 and takes the coupling 16 with it; If, on the other hand, the coupling half 16 is rotated by the half 15 with an increased number of revolutions, then it moves faster in the same direction as the sleeve 9.
As a result, the claw 3-5 moves away from the lug 3: 7 until it lies against the lug 3,6. Only then is the sleeve 9 taken along.
In the arrangement shown, the coupling 16 writes about half an arc before it forces the sleeve 9 to take part in its rotation. The cam 17 and the nose 18 are, however, arranged on the .Scheibe 16, and dimensioned in their length such that they have ended the movement of the levers 20 and 29 approximately during a quarter turn. The engagement and disengagement of the clutch 15 thus takes place during the idle gear of the clutch half 16, unless the magnet 28 causes the clutch 15 to be engaged for a long time.
This arrangement therefore protects the transmission and prevents the drive of the shaft 3 from taking place at an increased speed, except when the predetermined current strength is actually not present in the magnet.
The drive of the loading or input device takes place from the shaft 3, for example with the aid of a chain wheel 38.
The lever 21 is expediently designed to be resilient so that no break occurs if the claws of the coupling halves 15 and 16 should happen to meet each other by chance when engaging. The winding of the magnet 28 is switched on in the circuit of the drive motor in such a way that when the current strength in the motor drops, those in the magnet are also reduced and vice versa.
The mode of operation of the transmission takes place as follows according to the previous explanations: The shaft 2 drives the gear 8 with the help of the gear 6. The latter takes with the help of the pawl 11, the ratchet 10 and thus also the sleeve 9 and the shaft 3 connected to it ver. The rotation of the sleeve 9 is transmitted to the coupling half 16 by the lug 37 and the claw 3-5. Through the gear wheel 5, the gear 7 is rotated at the same time, with a higher number of revolutions than the wheel 8. At: the coupling half participates 1: 5 in this rotary movement.
If the coupling half 16 has rotated so far that the cam 17 comes under the roller 23, the lever 20 is raised and the coupling half 15 is brought into engagement with the coupling half 16 by the lever 21. Now this also begins to revolve with the number of revolutions .des wheel 7. As a result, the claw 35 rushes ahead of the lug 37 and comes approximately into the position shown in FIG. In the meantime, however, the nose 1-8 has also stepped under the roller 30, and in doing so has pressed the armature 27 in front of the magnet 28.
If the current strength in the electromagnet is large enough, the armature remains in the attracted position, as can be seen from FIG. 1, even if the nose 18 has already left the roller 30 again. The cam 17 now also reaches its end, the lever 20 sinks down again and the lever 21 moves the coupling 15 out again. The claw 35 has moved further forward in the meantime, but has not yet reached the claw 36.
During this before gear so only the coupling half 16 has been rotated temporarily at increased speed.
If the current in the magnet 28 against, does not have the predetermined strength, the armature 27 falls over to the right under the influence of the spring 32 as soon as the nose 18 has ended. The stop 34 stands in the way of the tongue 33. As a result, the clutch-125 remains engaged, even if the cam 17 has already left the roller 23. In this case, the claw 35 catches up with the lug 36 completely, presses against it and now takes the sleeve 9 and thus also the shaft 3 with the number of revolutions of the wheel 7. As a result, the loading device is now being driven at an accelerated pace.
With further rotation, the cam 17 arrives as. the under the roller 23 and thereby holds the coupling half 15 in the engaged position, even if the next moment the lever 29 is pushed over to the right by the nose 18 and consequently the tongue 33 is no longer supported.
Hasn't the increase in the load been enough to. to increase the amperage in the drive motor, and thus also in the magnet 28 sufficiently, the magnet in turn lets the armature 2-7 fall as soon as the roller 30 has passed over the nose 18, and when the cam 17 is now the Lever 20 is free, the tongue 33 finds again a .Stützpunkt in .dem stop 34. This process is repeated for so long; until the magnet 28 keeps the armature 27 with itself.
The coupling half 15 - 15 is then disengaged again as soon as the cam 17 allows this. The coupling half 16 then stops, especially since it is braked somewhat by the rollers 23 and 30 running on it, until the catch 37 has caught up with the claw 35 again, and then again with! The TJmrehungszahl_des13.ades-8-weiter- to be moved.
Accordingly, with every rotation of the coupling half 16 the magnet 28 of the armature 27 is approached, however, as long as the current intensity in this does not reach the predetermined amount, the coupling 15 is engaged, so that the increased number of revolutions of the shaft 3 remains in place without interruption until the drive motor is under full load again. On the other hand, the process of coupling and decoupling takes place in the event that the current strength is sufficiently large, while the coupling half 1'16 is idling, i.e. without accelerated rotation of the shaft 3.
The cam 17 is carried out so high that it lifts the tongue 33 by a ge ring s amount over the stop 34 out. As a result, the double lever 29, 27, after it has released the nose 18, a free, mechanically uninhibited play, and it acts on him on the one hand only Lich the pulling force of the magnet, on the other hand that of the spring, 32, provided of course that the bearing in the axis 26 is sufficiently frictionless, as can be practically carried out by ball bearings, bearing in points and the like. The magnet 28 and the spring 32 can therefore be coordinated with one another with sufficient accuracy without the coordination being disturbed by other influences.
It is known that the magnetic train hrafts with a small change in the air gap between the magnets. and the anchor is greatly changed. It is therefore important that the armature is at the same distance from the magnet at the moment when it is checked whether: the current strength is correct. In the present case, this is ensured by the lever 29 bringing it into the same position each time under the influence of the nose 18. It is advisable to leave a small air gap between the armature and the magnet and to avoid a direct contact with the magnet and armature.
This can also be prevented by providing a special stop which does not allow the Auker to come closer to the magnet.
The accuracy of the control by the device depends on how often the armature is approached to the magnet in the unit of time. So you have a convenient means of regulating the sensitivity by selecting the number of revolutions of the wheel 8 pas send.
It is known that an electromagnet, which has let go of its armature due to insufficient current, may not attract at all after a very considerable increase in current, by 100% and more, and when a larger air gap has arisen . Devices that are based on the fact that the armature is released when the current is too low and pulled back on when the current increases are therefore useless for the present purpose, since one would have to allow very considerable fluctuations in the current.
With the new device, however, the armature, if it has fallen off, is returned to its old position by mechanical means, so that the magnet decides whether to keep the armature with itself or to drop it again with the same air gap. It is therefore possible, with the present device, to carry out a very precise regulation for practical conditions.
The fact that in the described embodiment the organ under the influence of the current strength, that is to say the armature 27, is the armature completely at the moment when it is checked whether the electromagnet is able to attract the armature or has to let it fall back again men, free from any other. Be loads than that on the one hand under the influence of the electromagnet 28 and on the other hand under the voltage:
the spring 32 is, friction, inhibitions or loading of the said-organ, which could affect its- working accuracy, are avoided.
