Verstellbare Schnittmnsterschablone Massschneiderei. .
Die beiden Plattenteile a, a' sind durch je zwei Schlitzführungen<I>f,</I> g an der Platte<I>b</I> ge halten und geführt.
Adjustable tailoring template bespoke tailoring. . The invention relates to the known pattern templates for custom tailoring, in which slits and individual panels still provided with divisions and corresponding to the cut to be produced can be adjusted to size. It is also known to take into account the various dimensions of such pattern templates in that the template is provided with hinged plates which can be adjusted according to the width or body shape. These adjustments are made individually for each plate.
The invention consists in the fact that the shifts that have to be made on the plates as a result of the width distribution or the posture take place automatically. When setting the pattern template to the mass taken from the body, those parts that have to be wider or narrower, longer or shorter in the cut are inevitably determined by the pattern template, which means, for example, based on the length, the mass of the Expand automatically. This is achieved through the inevitable connec tion of the individual plates; so that when one plate moves, the corresponding setting of the other follows automatically.
These plates can for example consist of the stomach and the front part, the armpit part and the sleeve hole part. These three can inevitably be so related to each other; that the tailor only needs to set the measurements taken on his pattern template, which means that the customer's own size and posture result from the inevitable displacement of the parts.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is approximately in two exemplary Ausfüh forms, namely one for ladies and one for Ilerrenkleachten shown, namely Fig. 1 and 3 show the associated front and back parts in side view and Fig. 2 and 4 in plan view.
The pattern templates drawn each consist of a front part and a back part, which together form one half of an item of clothing. These parts are divided into inner and outer longitudinal plates a and b, which are perpendicular to one another and also optionally subdivided (Fig. 1 and 3), which are still under each other at the upper ends by the neck cutouts, the armpits and the sleeve cutouts forming plate-shaped Intermediate members e, <I> c ', </I> e2 are connected to one another in an articulated manner and carry further swingably to ordered, plate-shaped abdominal parts d and the seat parts e.
The plates a and b are held to one another by guide clamps f, which are attached to one plate and pass through the other in slots g and are mutually adjustable according to the length of these slots g. The plates a, a1 and <I> b, </I> b1, as well as the intermediate links c, cl, e2 are connected to one another by joints <I> h </I>.
In the pattern template for men clothing (Fig. 1 and 2), the inner longitudinal plate a of the front part (left half) is guided up to the neckline and the middle of the armpit, while the outer longitudinal plate is divided into two parts b, b1, which is divided by a Joint h, are connected to each other.
The lower plate part b 'is held on the plate a by two slotted guides f, g and is adjustable in height, while the plate part b only has a slotted guide <I> f, </I> g on the plate <I> a </I> and is articulated to the plate <I> a </I> with an intermediate member c that tapers upward in the form of a tongue i. With the upper part <I> k </I> of the longitudinal plate a, the tongue i represents one half of the sleeve opening, the armpit, the neck opening and the chest.
The associated back part (right half of Fig. 1) is formed from an outer longitudinal plate b and from an existing inner longitudinal plate consisting of two parts a, a1, the parts a, a1 being connected to each other by a hinge h and the lower one Part ml with two slot guides <I> f, </I> g, as well as the upper part a is held on the plate b with only one slot guide f, g and is guided adjustable in height. The upper ends of the plates a and b are connected to one another by means of a joint h by means of an inter mediate link c representing the armpits and the neckline.
Through a hinge h, a seat part e is still connected to the plate b, which is held and guided at the bottom by a slot guide f, g. The lines between the joints h and the plate b represent the rear sleeve opening. Across the longitudinal plates a and b are waist lines <I> 1, m </I> and above bust lines 11 and in ', next to which on the ganten of the plates a and <I> b </I> double divisions <I> n </I> and o and a division o1 are arranged on the upper wide lines ml.
Furthermore, a division p is also provided on the plate b at the lower end of the seat part e. Finally, the slots gg of the uppermost slot guides are arranged correspondingly at an angle in order to avoid corners when adjusting.
In the Söhnitt pattern template for men's clothing (Fig. 3 and 4) a modification is made in the front derteil (left half) in such a way that the inner and outer longitudinal plate a and b consist of one piece and ments f, g through three Schlitzfüh held together and guided. At the upper ends of the two plates <I> a </I> and <I> b </I>, three plate-shaped intermediate links e, cl and c2 are connected to the plates a and <I> b </I> by joints lt .
Since the outer edge of the intermediate link c with the upper edge of the plate b forms the upper sleeve opening and the uppermost intermediate link cl at the upper edge the axis length and au the inner front edge with the intermediate link c2 the neck cut. The intermediate member c2 is extended ver to a downwardly protruding belly part d, which is guided and held by a slot guide f, g on the plate a. A hinge <I> h </I> adjoins the plate <I> b </I>, the lower part of which is attached to the plate <I> by a slot <I> f, g </I> > b </I> is performed.
Under the middle of the sleeve cut the plate b is still provided with a vertical slot q. The associated back part (right half of FIG. 3) also consists of an inner and an outer longitudinal plate a and b, the former being divided into two parts a, ml, which are held together by a hinge h. The two plate parts a, a 'are each held and guided by two slot guides <I> f, </I> g on the plate <I> b </I>. The two slots g of the top slot guides are also inclined accordingly to allow easy adjustment.
The upper ends of the longitudinal plate <I> b </I> and of the plate part <I> a </I> are also connected by joints lt with an intermediate member c. The outer upper edge of the plate b forms the rear part of the sleeve opening, the front edge of the intermediate link c the armpit length and its upper edge the rear part of the neckline. In addition to waist lines <I> 1, m </I> and bust lines h, <I> m '</I>, there are again double divisions <I> n </I> and o and divisions <I> n' </I> and o 'provided that the mutual adjustment of the longitudinal plates to each other he possible. After a division r, the abdominal part d is adjusted, and after a division s, the buttock part e is adjusted.
As a result of this configuration of the cutting pattern templates, which can be produced in different sizes, it is possible to adjust the individual parts of the same with the easiest and fastest handling against each other so that they correspond to the changed shapes of a dimension.
According to the masses measured with a tape measure bust, undersize, front length, side height and waist height on the double divisions) c and o and the divisions <I> n ', </I> o' and p, r, s on the front - And back part set against each other, whereby due to the inevitable connection of the intermediate links c, cl and c 'also armpit, neck and armhole on the front derteil and on the back part are automatically brought into the required position.
With the men's pattern template, this setting also regulates the abdominal step on the division r according to the measured undersize, but the belly part d after the division r can still be adjusted individually, while the enlargement for the buttocks, especially by means of the plate e; after the division s is set. The setting for the buttocks is also made separately for the template for women's clothing by means of the plate e after the division p. With this template, the chest width is formed by the upper part k of the raised plate cc, which is bent up to the tongue <I> i </I>. The individual plate parts can also be subdivided again.
For men's leg dresses and women's skirts, templates analogous to the ones described are to be used.
