Steckvorriehtung für Erdung bezw. Nullung.
Plug-in device for earthing or Zeroing. The invention relates to a plug-in device for grounding BEZW. Zeroing. According to the invention, Zer plugs with a countersunk extension pin and the associated socket on the introductory side with a projection are seen in such a way that the plug can also be used with socket outlets without an ending device, whereas the socket with an ending device is not combined with an ordinary plug without He clungseinrichtung can be used.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments, namely FIGS. 1 to 4 show the socket and plug of a two-pole plug device, and FIGS. 5 to 8 show the socket and plug of a three-pole pricking device.
The socket according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has the dimensions of the commonly used and normalized by the VDE sockets. On the plug insertion side, the new socket has an approach a with an opening for the end pin. The approach is so high that normalized two-pin plugs with a pin length of 19 mm cannot be inserted into the socket with a contact fit. Except the. Two plug sockets b is in the approach a the third socket d for grounding or. Zeros present.
In Figs. S and 4, the plug belonging to this socket is shown in section and plan view. In addition to the two connector pins e, the extension pin f is present, which is stored in a deepened position in the connector body, so that the connector pins e protruding from the connector body can easily be inserted into conventional sockets without an extension device. The end pin f is rectangular in cross section or leads out in a similar profile (Fig. 4).
It is practical if the end pin f with the two contact pins e is not in the same central axis, but approximately eccentrically to it. FIGS. 5 to 8 show the earthing device in the case of a three-pole plug device.
Again, there is a projection a with the corresponding opening d for the grounding pin on the socket. The plug sockets b are arranged in the manner shown in FIGS. 6 and 8. The plug body has. again a recess in which .the end pin f is sunk is arranged.
The ending device can .auch in those plug devices who are used in which the plug pins are arranged in the socket in a manner known per se, while the sockets sit in the plug. Furthermore, the invention can be used on connectors for flush mounting, as well as on encapsulated connectors. The invention can also be used with the known combinations, for example with switches, and also with lockable plug-in devices.
The new training of the Steckvorrich device thus offers the possibility of grounding BEZW to the full extent. Zeroing in order to exclude the possibility of live parts. At the same time it is sufficient that the plug with end device can also be used with the previously installed sockets without grounding, but that, on the other hand, plug pins without grounding device in sockets with grounding respectively. Zeroing cannot be introduced.
