Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     chromhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       ehromhaltigen    Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  auf die Chromverbindung des Farbstoffes  aus     diazotierter        1-Arino-2-oxynaphthaIin-4-          sulfosäure    und     a-Naphthol    die Chromverbin  dung des Farbstoffes von der Formel:

    einwirken lässt. Der neue Farbstoff kann  durch Eindampfen oder teilweises Eindamp  fen und     Aussalzen    gewonnen werden.

   Er  färbt die tierische Faser in reinen, blauen  Tönen von sehr guten     Echtheitseigenschaf-          ten.       <I>Beispiel:</I>  50 Teile der Chromverbindung des Farb  stoffes aus     1-Diazo-2-naphthol-4-sulfosäure     und     a-Naphthol    werden in 1000 Teilen Was  ser gelöst. Dieser     Lösung    gibt man 5 Teile  der wasserunlöslichen Chromverbindung des  Farbstoffes von der Formel:

    in Form von     Nutschpaste    hinzu und  wärmt dieses Gemisch so lange, bis     eine    ho  mogene Lösung daraus entstanden ist. Der  neue Farbstoff kann durch Eindampfen oder  teilweises Eindampfen und     Aussahen    ge  wonnen werden.

             Dis        erwähnte    Chromverbindung des     Tri-          phenylmethanfarbstoffes        wird        dadurch    er  halten, dass man     5,15    Teile des     Natronsalzes     des Farbstoffes in 100 Teilen Wasser ko  chend löst und mit 2,28 Teilen     Chromoxyd     in Form ..einer     Fluorchromlösung    längere  Zeit erhitzt.
