Description

Symmetrical winding, especially for transformer and relay coils. Symmetrical windings, especially for the transformers, relay coils or the like in telecommunications engineering, are usually produced in such a way that the wires of the windings that are symmetrical to one another are stranded on the like.

A "symmetrical winding" is to be understood as such a symmetrical arrangement of the individual partial windings of an overall coil, in which the electromagnetic effects emanating from these partial coils are identical in absolute terms.

However, this type of production has the disadvantage that the available changing space is poorly used. In Fig. 1, the position of two ver twisted wires against each other while advancing by half a pitch of the Dral les is shown in cross section. It can be seen from this that the space occupied by a wire pair corresponds approximately to that occupied by a wire with a cross-section the size of the old man surrounding the individual wires.

In addition, when the wire is twisted, the capacitance of the windings against one another is relatively high, which in many cases is undesirable.

The aim of the invention is now to avoid the disadvantages just described without reducing the symmetry. This is done in such a way that the wires of the windings that are symmetrical to one another are individually isolated, laid parallel to one another and then jointly encased. Externally, the nicely coated wires have the shape. of flat wires.

The idea of the invention is based on the example of a coil with two symmetrical windings based on Figs. 2 to 4 he explained. In these, 1 denotes the wire cores, 2 their individual insulation and 3 their common sheathing. Fig. 2 shows the band formed from the wires in cross section, Fig. 3 in a view; in Fig. 4 the position of the wire bands on a coil core 4 is shown.

This tape is easy to wind and hugs the shape of the core, while the twisted wire easily creates cavities. The capacity of the two wires and thus the partial windings against each other is reduced to a minimum. .

It is, of course, also possible to place any number of windings next to or on top of one another, if necessary separated by insulating interlayers, onto a core made from wires arranged according to the invention and united. In this way, for example, two-way transmitter produced, whose primary and secondary sides, which are to be designed symmetrically, each consist of two wires combined to form wire bands, show very favorable properties.
