Movement for pocket watches, wrist watches or sight search watches. The subject of the present invention is a clockwork for pocket, wrist or jewelry watches, which is characterized in that a label is removably arranged on the frame of the clockwork, which extends between the edge of the work and the balance to protect the latter from rain damage by involuntary Touching, knocks, blows, etc.
It is well known that fully regulated clockworks for pocket, bracelet or Schmuchrihren from the country of manufacture to the countries of consumption, especially to the countries of silver, shipped and only used in the country of destination in the appropriate housing.
It happens that the very sensitive restlessness that is at the edge of the \ .iTerkes, that is. is arranged in an exposed place, is damaged when packing, unpacking, but especially when inserting the 'works in the case, by careless touch, knocks, blows, etc.
This disadvantage has now been avoided as far as possible with the object of the invention by means of the removable protective shield. The latter must be attached to the factory easily and conveniently so that it can be removed from the factory quickly and easily, and so when the factory arrives on The designated location allows the watchmaker a free lateral view of the movement's inhibiting and regulating organs to observe the rate, or to carry out any minor retouching.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows an incomplete view of the same in the form of a bracelet attachment from the bridge side; FIG. 2 shows a section on a larger scale along the line II-II of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 shows one.
Section along the line III-III in FIG. 2.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the work plate (plate), 2 the balance and 3 the balance cock with the regulator device (not shown in Fig. 2). As is customary, the balance 2 is arranged against the edge of the movement, so that there is a risk that the balance with the compensation screws will involuntarily come into contact with the hand if the movement is not handled carefully.
This usually damages the balance (broken pins, bending of the balance rim), especially in small clockworks, the regulating element of which is extremely sensitive to pressure, blows and shocks. In order to prevent this danger as much as possible, a protective shield 4, for example made of steel, is provided at the exposed point, that is between the balance wheel rim and the edge of the movement, and is attached to the movement in a removable manner. For this purpose, the label 4 has a foot 5 bent at right angles with dovetail-shaped longitudinal sides.
This foot sits by friction in a correspondingly milled groove 6 of the work plate 1, so that the protective shield can be removed from the groove 6 like a slide or reinserted into the same.
The shape of the label is immaterial; It is also irrelevant how and to which part of the work frame the label is attached. The main requirement is only that 'it is detachable and sufficiently resistant to the restlessness against lateral contact. To protect shocks and blows as much as possible during packing, shipping, packing and placing the movement in the case.
The movement is fitted into the case with the protective shield, the protective shield being moved as close as possible to the balance wheel, since it also fulfills its purpose when the movement is removed from the case. must become.
