Einrichtung zum Schutz von Armbanduhren. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ein richtung zum Schutz von Armbanduhren gegen Beschädigung, Feuchtigkeit und Staub.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist ein Gehäuse vorgesehen, das Mittel aufweist, um es wie eine Armbanduhr zu tragen und in welches die eigentliche Armbanduhr einzusetzen ist. Zweckmässigerweise besitzt das Gehäuse eine zum unverrückbaren Festhalten der Arm banduhr eingerichtete Aussparung.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt, in welcher: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf das Gehäuse mit eingesetzter Armbanduhr und teilweise weggebrochenem Deckel zeigt, Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
Im Gehäuse 1 ist eine Aussparung 2 vor gesehen, welche als Lager für die Armband uhr, welche im vorliegenden Beispiel von quadratischer Form gezeigt ist, dient. Die Aussparung kann aber auch entsprechend irgend einer andern Form der einzusetzenden Armbanduhr ausgebildet sein. Form und Grösse der Aussparung sind so gewählt, dass die eingesetzte Armbanduhr unverrückbar im Gehäuse 1 gehalten ist. Die Teile 8 und 4 der Aussparung dienen zur Aufnahme der Bügel 5 und 6, an welchen das Armband sonst befestigt ist und der Teil 7 dient zur Aufnahme der Krone B.
Mit 9 und 10 sind Bügel am Gehäuse bezeichnet" an welchen das Armband befestigt wird, so dass das Ge häuse wie eine Armbanduhr getragen werden kann. 11 ist ein Deckel, der am Gehäuse durch Scharniere 12 befestigt ist; er könnte aber auch aufgeschraubt oder auf andere Art mit dem Gehäuse befestigt sein. Das vorstehend beschriebene Gehäuse schützt die empfindliche Uhr vor Beschädi gungen und auch vor dem Einf luss von Feuch tigkeit und Staub. Die Armbanduhr kann auch jederzeit aus dem Gehäuse entfernt und ohne Gehäuse getragen werden.
