Description
Outlet valve without stuffing box. The present invention relates to an outlet valve without a stuffing box with a piston-like, guided valve body and a seepage water space in the valve housing. which the seepage water is discharged through a suction tube provided inside the valve.
Numerous types of construction of such outlet valves are known; However, since the suction effect of the Röhr chens was insufficient, they could not unite. In the present invention, a good suction effect of the Röhr chens connected to the seepage chamber and, for example, in the outlet chamber of the valve is achieved by having it in front of its end with lateral C) openings are provided through which water can enter the glass inside the tube and cause an ejector effect there, through which the suction force of the tube is significantly increased and thus any leakage of water at the spindle is prevented.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. In the valve housing 1 of the piston-like, guided valve body 2 is arranged, which is moved in a known manner by a threaded spindle 3 be. The thread of the spindle 3 is mounted in a corresponding nut thread of the upper part 4, which is screwed to the valve housing 1. The valve seal is denoted by 5, the inflow hole by 6 and the valve seat by 7.
From the suction pipe 9 is connected to the seepage water space 8, which opens with its free end in the outlet space of the valve. To achieve a good suction effect, which is a condition for such valves, the pipe 9 is provided with openings 10 in front of its end, through which water enters the interior of the pipe 9 and exerts a suction effect on the seepage water in the manner of an ejector . Not only is the water seeping through on the piston guide removed, but outside air is also sucked in from the spindle side, so that any leakage of water at the spindle is excluded.
When the tube is guided through to the valve end, the free end of the tube 9 is suitably secured with respect to the valve by ribs 11, which can be designed as a corrugated and resilient sheet metal strip running around. The ribs also serve as a jet regulator in a known manner.
