Gegenstand <SEP> ,der <SEP> vorliegenden <SEP> Erfindung
<tb> ist <SEP> ein <SEP> Verfahren <SEP> zum <SEP> Verpacken <SEP> von <SEP> Bie nenhonig <SEP> in <SEP> Tafelform, <SEP> also <SEP> in <SEP> der <SEP> Form, <SEP> in
<tb> der <SEP> zum <SEP> Beispiel <SEP> Butter <SEP> und <SEP> Kokosfett <SEP> zum
<tb> Verkauf <SEP> gelangen.
<SEP> Dieses <SEP> Verfahren <SEP> ersetzt
<tb> Honigs;
<SEP> 3) <SEP> weil <SEP> durch <SEP> die <SEP> Kältewirkung <SEP> von
<tb> -15 <SEP> jede <SEP> chemische <SEP> Spaltung <SEP> des <SEP> Honigs
<tb> durch <SEP> etwa <SEP> eingedrungene <SEP> Keime <SEP> verhindert
<tb> werden <SEP> soll. <SEP> Der <SEP> Honig <SEP> erleidet <SEP> dadurch
Process for packaging honey in tablet form.

Subject <SEP>, the <SEP> present <SEP> invention
<tb> <SEP> is a <SEP> method <SEP> for <SEP> packing <SEP> of <SEP> bee honey <SEP> in <SEP> table form, <SEP> thus <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> form, <SEP> in
<tb> the <SEP> for the <SEP> example <SEP> butter <SEP> and <SEP> coconut fat <SEP> for
<tb> Sales <SEP> arrive.
<SEP> This <SEP> procedure replaces <SEP>
<tb> (read <SEP> <SEP> usual <SEP> packaging <SEP> of <SEP> honey <SEP> in
<tb> cans <SEP> and <SEP> glasses.
<tb> The <SEP> method <SEP> according to <SEP>. the <SEP> invention <SEP> consists <SEP> in that <SEP> that <SEP> one <SEP> liquid <SEP> bee honey
<tb> by <SEP> intimate <SEP> mixture <SEP> with <SEP> candied <SEP> honey
<tb> pre-cured, <SEP> this <SEP> pre-canted, <SEP> still <SEP> liquid <SEP> honey <SEP> in <SEP> a <SEP> laminated <SEP> metal foil with <SEP> with <SEP > stiff <SEP> casing <SEP> fills <SEP> and <SEP> it
<tb> in <SEP> a <SEP> dry <SEP> and <SEP> dust-free <SEP> room
<tb> lets <SEP> candy <SEP> hard <SEP> completely.
<SEP> Appropriate
<tb> is <SEP> here <SEP>. the <SEP> application <SEP> of <SEP> a <SEP> cold
<tb> to <SEP> to <SEP> - <SEP> 1.5 <SEP> C, <SEP> and <SEP> although <SEP> from <SEP> the following
<tb> Reasons: <SEP> l.) <SEP> because <SEP> the <SEP> candling <SEP> is accelerated <SEP> a lot, <SEP> <SEP> 2) <SEP> because <SEP> a <SEP> room, <SEP> the <SEP> is artificially <SEP> cooled <SEP>, <SEP> has a <SEP> relatively <SEP> high <SEP> humidity <SEP>, <SEP> insofar <SEP> its <SEP> temperature
<tb> is not <SEP> under <SEP> the <SEP> zero point <SEP>.
<SEP> It <SEP> would
<tb> because <SEP> the <SEP> packs <SEP> only <SEP> after <SEP> the <SEP> candling
<tb> closed <SEP>, <SEP> that <SEP> part <SEP> of the <SEP> honey <SEP> water <SEP> from <SEP> the <SEP> surrounding <SEP> air <SEP> on take <SEP> the <SEP> directly <SEP> with <SEP> your <SEP> in <SEP> connection

comes.
<SEP> If <SEP> now <SEP> -the <SEP> temperature <SEP> lower <SEP> than
<tb> is 0 <SEP>, <SEP> so <SEP> becomes <SEP> the <SEP> high <SEP> moisture content
<tb> by <SEP> crystallization <SEP> of the <SEP> water <SEP> in <SEP> the
<tb> Air <SEP> significantly <SEP> reduced, <SEP> so <SEP> that <SEP> the <SEP> honey
<tb> 'through <SEP> the <SEP> - <SEP> <SEP> any <SEP> moisture content <SEP> can no longer suffer <SEP> damage <SEP> <SEP>.
<tb> The <SEP> lower <SEP> now <SEP> the <SEP> temperature <SEP> is, <SEP> the <SEP> lower <SEP> is <SEP> the <SEP> degree of humidity <SEP> the <SEP> air <SEP> and
<tb> all the more <SEP> flawless <SEP> the <SEP> candling <SEP> des
<tb> honey;
<SEP> 3) <SEP> because <SEP> through <SEP> the <SEP> cooling effect <SEP> of
<tb> -15 <SEP> every <SEP> chemical <SEP> cleavage <SEP> of the <SEP> honey
<tb> <SEP> prevents any <SEP> penetrating <SEP> germs <SEP>
<tb> should be <SEP>. <SEP> The <SEP> honey <SEP> suffers <SEP> as a result
<tb> no <SEP> damage.
<tb> In the <SEP> following <SEP> <SEP> the <SEP> procedure <SEP> is explained for example <SEP>.
<tb> The <SEP> drawing <SEP> illustrates <SEP> a <SEP> example <SEP> of a <SEP> laminated <SEP> metal foil cone <SEP> with a <SEP> _ <SEP> rigid <SEP> cover . <SEP>.
<SEP> 1 <SEP> denotes <SEP> the <SEP> laminated <SEP> metal foil cap, <SEP> the
<tb> means <SEP> a <SEP> quality <SEP> from <SEP> a <SEP> with <SEP> a <SEP> coating
<tb> made of <SEP> a <SEP> other <SEP> material <SEP> provided <SEP> metal foil. <SEP> The <SEP> cone, <SEP> which has a <SEP> rectangular <SEP> cross-section <SEP>, <SEP> can <SEP> an <SEP> aluminum or <SEP> a <SEP> tin foil cone <SEP > be. <SEP> The <SEP> metal foil
<tb> 2 <SEP> is <SEP> directed to <SEP> inside <SEP> <SEP> 3 <SEP> denotes <SEP> the rigid casing that tightly encloses the metal foil cone, for example made of cardboard.
The liquid, pre-candied honey is then poured into the laminated metal foil cone 1, giving it the shape of a tablet. The filled cone is now opened for candying and brought into a dry, dust-free room.
After the honey has cured under the influence of cold down to -15 ° C, the bag and wrapping are closed and folded airtight. At the filling point, a cover sheet 4 made of laminated metal foil is animated between, -der Honibfüllun, - and the Düte, in order to prevent the wrinkles from being impressed on the honey board. The honey bar wrapped in this way is now ready for dispatch.
