  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blechemballagen. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blechemballagen, wie Blechflaschen, Blechdosen und dgl. Diese Blechemballagen müssen vollkommen dicht sein und sind zu diesem Zwecke entweder gelötet oder gefalzt oder gefalzt und gelötet oder an den   l) ichtungsstellen   mit Gummi-, Papier- oder dgl. Die so bestrichenen Falzstellen haben aber noch den Nachteil. dass beim Auffalzen des Bodens bzw. des Deckels die aufgestrichene Dichtungsmasse am Längsfalz oder am Boden und Deckelfalz leicht abbröckelt, bricht oder Risse bekommt, wodurch bei den fertigen   Blechemballagen   naturgemäss undichte Stellen entstehen. 



   Um nun auch diesen   Übelstand vollkommen   zu beheben, werden der Erfindung gemäss nach dem Fertigstellen, d. h. nach dem Auffalzen des Bodens bzw. das Deckels, die Blechemballages derart erwärmt, dass die vorher aufgestrichene Dichtungsmasse wieder flüssig wird und   In die Falzstellen eindringt   und die Risse und Brüche verschwemmt. Es ist hiebei von Vorteil, die Blechemballagen in horizontaler Lage mit nach unten liegendem Langsfalz zu erwärmen, um ein   Fortliessen   der Dichtungsmasse vom Längsfalz zu ver-   hindein.

   Infolge der Kapillarkraft   wird die flüssige Dichtungsmasse in die feinsten Falzstellen eingesaugt, so dass nach dem   Wiederabkühlen   der Blechemballagen die Falzstellen durch die in sich geschlossene Dichtungsmasse vollkommen dicht sind.
