Steuerung an Haltzyliuderschnellpressen.
Control on holding cylinder high-speed presses. The subject of the invention is a control on holding cylinder high-speed presses. In these machines, as is well known, the cylinder gear is no longer in mesh with the cart rack at the end of the stroke; the cylinder is stopped by the so-called collecting fork and pushed like that, which is controlled by a double eccentric.
Since the cart, especially when working quickly, has the tendency to overshoot its target in the two dead points when reversing and since the collecting fork does not follow this movement, it is extremely difficult to adjust the eccentric so that the collecting fork the cylinder gear advances smoothly into the teeth of the rack at all speeds. The assembly is made very difficult by this circumstance and it requires particularly experienced fitters and masters.
To eliminate this disadvantage, the pressure cylinder is controlled according to the invention by two coupling elements that are movably connected to the two ends of the cart with this and one of which stops the pressure cylinder at the end of the working stroke, while the other stops it at the start of the working stroke pushes. Appropriately, this coupling organs as up and down movable tooth bolt that engage in a toothed segment rotating with the cylinder tooth wheel.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention, namely show: Fig. 1 the control in side view, Fig. 2 one of the two coupling members in side view, in the coupling position, and Fig. 3 is a section in the vicinity this coupling member.
In the position shown in Fig. 1, the cart a is in the middle of the stroke. The teeth of the cylinder gear b are planed in a known manner at a point c from so that they come out of engagement with the cart rack d at the end of the work stroke. A toothed segment e is attached to the side of the printing cylinder at point c.
At the ends of the cart a, the two toothed bars f and g are arranged as coupling members, both of which correspond to the guide slots of the cart a, are movable up and down and under the action of a spring lr, respectively. i stand, namely the toothed bar f is pushed up by the associated spring lt, the toothed bar g by the spring i down.
In the middle of the machine, on the side plate k, there is also an upward and downward movable slide l, which is moved up and down by a cam plate m with the aid of the levers n. And o and carries a roller p. On the two toothed bars f and g there are two guide jaws q and r respectively. s and t arranged, which come into engagement with the roller p at the end of the lift.
The machine now works as follows: The cylinder gear b rotates in the direction of the arrow v - and at the end of the stroke it disengages from the cart rack. The pressure cylinder is caught by the toothed bar f and brought to a standstill.
The guide roller P, which until then had moved upwards under the influence of the cam disk iir: and which is now located between the two guide jaws q and r, reverses and presses on the guide jaw r during the downward gear, so that the toothed bar f from your dental bluff is notched. The pressure cylinder is accordingly decoupled from the cart a. This can therefore perform the idle stroke against the direction of the arrow av.
At the end of the idle stroke, the slide strives l with the guide roller p back to its highest position; the roller p presses the toothed bar g with the help of the guide jaw s against the action of the spring i. upwards and thereby couples the toothed bar g with the tooth segment e,
so that at the beginning of the work stroke the Druekzy cylinder is taken along again by the cart a and the cylinder gear b comes into engagement with the cart rack d again.
After a short movement of the cart, the guide roller p gives a. the latch y is released again: under the influence of the spring i it moves back downwards and comes out of engagement with the tooth segment e.
