Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     Entwiehlerfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein wertvoller       Entwicklerfarbstoff    erhalten wird, wenn man       tetrazotiertes        o-Tolidin    in molekularem Ver  hältnis mit     2'-Methyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-l-pbe-          nyl-5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure    zu einem Zwi  schenprodukt vereinigt und dasselbe in alka  lischer Lösung mit dem     Monoazofarbstoff    aus       1-Diazo-4-aminobenzol-3-sulfosäure    und     Meta-          toluylendiamin        weiterkuppelt.    Der neue Farb  

  stoff bildet ein schwarzes Pulver, das sich in  Wasser mit brauner, in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit violetter Farbe löst. Er färbt       ungebeizte    Baumwolle in rotbraunen Tönen,  welche durch     Diazotieren    auf der Faser und  nachfolgende Entwicklung mit     Betanaphtoi     ohne wesentliche     Nuancenänderung    waschecht  fixiert werden.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  Zu der     Tetrazoditolyllösung    aus 21,2 Tei  len     o-Tolidin@        lässt    man bei<B>0-5'</B> C die Lö  sung des     Trinatriumsalzes    von 31,3 Teilen       2'-Methyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-l-phenyl-5-pyrazo-          lon-3-karbonsäure    zufliessen.

   Sobald unverän  dertes     Tetrazoditolyl    nicht mehr nachgewiesen  werden kann, gibt man die Lösung von 20  Teilen     kalzinierter    Soda zu und hierauf die       sodaalkalische    Lösung des     Monoazofarbstoffes,       erhalten aus der     Diazoverbindung    von 18,8  Teilen     Paraphenylendiaminsulfosäure    und 12,3  Teilen     Metatoluylendiamin.    Das Zwischen  produkt tritt rasch in Reaktion, welche unter  Bildung einer tiefbraunen Lösung nach we  nigen Stunden beendigt ist. Die überschüssige  Soda wird alsdann mit Salzsäure neutralisiert  und der     Trisazofarbstoff        ausgesalzen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Entwick- lerfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man tetrazotiertes o-Tolidin in molekularem Ver hältnis mit 2'-DTethyl-3'-amino-5'-sulfo-l-phe- nyl-5-pyrazolon-3-karbonsäure zu einem Zwi schenprodukt vereinigt und dasselbe in alka lischer Lösung mit dem Monoazofarbstoff aus 1-Diazo-4-aminobenzol-3-sulfosäure und Meta- toluylendiamin weiterkuppelt.
