Fruit mill. Are known fruit mills with a movable grinding roller, endless Kettenan drive and tension roller. In the subject matter of the present application, the tensioning roller is movably arranged and connected to the bearing of the movable grinding roller in such a way that the tensioning roller takes part in the movement of the moving grinding roller. The bearings of the grinding rollers can be arranged outside the mill frame, free of parts of the latter at the top.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, and show: Fig. 1 is a side view of an embodiment, Fig. 2 is a rear view of the same, and Fig. 3 is a variant of a detail; Fig. 4 shows a side view of another embodiment.
There are 1 and 2 (Fig. 1 and 2) those at the stone grinding rollers, which are stored in bearings 3 and 4. 5 is the frame of the mill. The bearings 3 and 4 are arranged in such a way that they lie outside this mill frame and are free from parts of the latter at the top, that is, they do not lie in or under the frame and are not covered by parts of the same. It is 6 a sprocket on the axis of the fixed grinding roller 1; and 7 a larger one on the axis of the movable grinding roller 2. 8 is a. The sprocket sits on the axis of the precutter, and 9 is a sprocket which serves as a tensioning roller. 10 is the endless chain that runs over these sprockets in the manner shown.
The La ger 3 of the movable grinding roller 2 has an eye 11 through which a spin del 12 goes freely; this spindle is tern 14 held by the right and left of the eye located courage. On the bearing 3, a bolt 15 is also fixed, which is guided in a stationary bearing 17, a coil spring 16 arranged around the bolt 15, which braces against the bearing 17 on the one hand and against a nut 23 sitting on the bolt on the other hand, resilient and adjustable by the nut 23 pressing the movable grinding roller against the fixed grinding roller causes.
The bearing 18 of the tensioning roller 9 is freely movable horizontally and, similarly, the bearing 3 of the movable grinding roller is provided with an eye 19 through which the spindle 12 also passes freely and through the right and left of the eye 19 onto the spindle Screwed on nuts 20, the bearing 18 is held. Since the bearings 3 and 18 sit on the same spindle 12, they are rigidly connected to each other. The distance between bearings 3 and 18 can be changed by means of nuts 14 and 20.
The advantage of this construction is that when foreign bodies such as stones and the like pass through and when the moving roller 2 moves away from the fixed roller 1, the tensioning roller 9 moves as far away as roller 2, so that the tension of the chain 10 is always the same remains, and breaking or stretching of the chain is avoided.
If the bearings 4 are unscrewed, the roller 1 can easily be lifted upwards, and if the La ger 3 are loosened, the roller can.
In the variant of Fig. 3, the nuts 14 are not on the eye 11, and the nuts 20 on the eye 19, but there are benfedern between .Muttern and eyes screws 13 respectively. 21 switched on. It is here both the bearing of the tension roller and the bearing of the movable grinding roller resiliently connected to the spindle 12, where the resilient connection of the bearing of the movable grinding roller, the resilient pressing device 15, 16, 17, 22 of FIG can put. The resilient connection of the bearing of the tensioning roller with the spindle 12 could also be replaced by a rigid one.
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment with a slightly modified guidance of the chain 10 over the chain wheels 6, 7, 8, 9 compared to the embodiment according to FIG.
