Verfahren zur Darstellung einer unsymmetrischen Arsenoverbindung. Nach dem Hauptpatent gelangt man zu einer unsymmetrischen Arsenoverbindung, welche eine nicht zyklisch gebundene Kar- bonylgruppe enthält, dadurch, dass man 3- Oxy-l-acetophenon-4-arsinsäuresemikarbazon und p-Phenylglyzinarsinsäure zusammen der Reduktion unterwirft.
Nach dem vorliegenden Zusatzpatent wird derart verfahren, dass 3-Oxy-l-aceto- phenon-4-arsinsäuresemikarbazon und 3- Phenoxyessigsäur e-1- acetophenon - 4 - arsin- säuresemika.rbazon folgender Konstitution:

Die Durchführung des Verfahrens erfolgt im allgemeinen so, dass man eine Lösung oder Suspension, die äquimolekulare oder an- nähernd äquimolekulare Mengen der Reak tionskomponenten enthält, mit geeigneten Re duktionsmitteln, wie zum Beispiel Hydro- sulfiten, unterphosphorige Säure oder deren Salze, behandelt.

Das Präparat ist in Alkalien leicht lös lich und soll pharmazeutische Verwendung. finden, speziell bei Lues angewandt werden.
