Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzkorb  für Glühlampenfassungen oder Armaturen  und     besteht    darin, dass sein oberer Teil sich  nach aussen flachkegelförmig erweitert. Da  durch erhält der Korb gegenüber bekannten  Ausführungen eine grössere     Steifigkeit,    fer  ner lässt er sich infolge der weiter ausein  ander liegenden Enden sicherer am Schirm       befestigen    und ausserdem wird vermieden,  dass die Stäbe einen     Schatten    auf den Schirm  werfen, wodurch die Wirksamkeit des Schir  mes beeinträchtigt wird.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführung  der Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt.     7_     ist der Schirm der Glühlampenfassung, der  an seinem Rande mit Löchern 2 versehen ist.    In diese Löcher ist der Schutzkorb 3 mit den  kreisförmig oder hakenförmig gebogenen  Enden 4 eingesteckt.
