Abb. 1 ist eine schematische Draufsicht auf eine Schaukelförderanlage mit selbst tätiger Kippvorrichtung, entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung; Abb. ' ist eine Vorderansicht einer Kipp- schaukel mit unmittelbarer Kippung durch feste Anschlagschienen; Abb. 3 und 4 zeigen je eine Seitenansicht derselben vor, beziehungsweise während dem Kippen;

Swing conveyor system with automatic tilting device. The subject of the present invention is a swing conveyor system with automatic tilting device, in which organs provided on the swings as well as on the dropping stations, which cause the swings to tilt when they meet, are arranged transversely to the track at different distances from one another The fact that the organs of certain stations lie in the path of the organs of certain swings in such a way that only certain swings are caused to tip over at certain stations.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in exemplary embodiments in the accompanying drawings and subsequently explained in more detail.
Fig. 1 is a schematic top plan view of a self-tilting rocker conveyor in accordance with the present invention; Fig. 'Is a front view of a tilt swing with immediate tilt by fixed stop rails; Figs. 3 and 4 each show a side view of the same before and during the tilting;
Fig. 5 is the front view of another embodiment with indirect tilting by the side of the track hinged and mechanically engageable stop rails in the tilted position; Fig. 6 and .7 are the same views with electrical or pneumatic engagement of the stop rails; Fig. 8 shows a swing and an associated station of the same design in side view, the tilting positions being shown in dash-dotted lines, while Fig. 9 shows the front view of a further embodiment.
A number of conveyor swings 3 run on a rail track 1 by means of rollers 2, which swings run by means of a conveyor chain 4 or the same among one another. connected and driven on. The conveyor chain is flexible by joints in both the horizontal and vertical planes so that it can be guided in the planes and the swing allows swinging in both directions when it encounters resistance. The drive is arbitrary and takes place in a known manner, for example by sprockets not shown. Fixed stop rails 5 are attached to the drop stations at various distances from the center of the conveyor track, which can be both on the left and right of the conveyor track.
These stop rails 5 lie conditions with the rocker arm 6 of the swings 3 assigned to them in a path and cause the conveyor trays to tilt when they hit the latter.
The rocker arm 6 can be fixed or with the help of detents 7 and adjusting screws 8 (Fig.?) Be arranged displaceably on their axis of rotation 9, which is rotatably mounted, for example, on the swing, or, as in the present case, on the next link of the transport chain . The rocker arm can also be made adjustable by hand in another way during operation. as described later in a further embodiment. The rocker arms 6 carry rotatably mounted rollers 10 at their free end, which run onto the inclined plane of the stop rails 5.
The rocker arms are pushed down about their axis of rotation 9 downwards, using a lever 11, which is rotatably mounted on the rocker swing and also attached to the axis of rotation 9, and an intermediate lever 12 and chains or pull rods 13, the swing shell rotatably mounted in the swing bracket 14 15 lift on one side and start to drop the load. As can be seen from Fig. 1, only the dropping stations and Fördersehaukelii work together, whose release organs are in the same path.
The stations work independently of one another with conveyor swings designed for them. Lateral guides 16, which rigidly guide the swings provided with guide rollers 1.7 at the stations, prevent the following as a result of the practically required play of the conveyor line:
ippliebel of the swings by a bcnacli- Lartc = stop rail inadvertently be brought to tilt or slide off the stop rails ahead of time.
A support roller 1.8, which rests on a counter rail 19 at the stations, prevents ver that the axis of rotation 9 of the rocker arm 6 deviates downwards when it hits the stop rails. However, this device is only required if the stop rail is located far on the outside, or if the axis of rotation is wide or heavy loads (Fig. 2, 3 and 4).
It is not necessary for the tilting to take place by means of levers that are positively connected to the swing shell. According to FIG. 9, the tilting can also take place, for example, in that the swing shell 15 is stressed on one side by the load 20 after the emptying side, with the interposition of push rods and levers 21 supporting itself against a stop 22 which is attached to it the unloading station when it hits the mentioned stop rails by the rocker arm 6 is withdrawn.
The swing shell, which is loaded on one side, tilts and, under the influence of a counterweight 23, straightens itself up again after the load has been emptied. has been. In the case of the A11. 5 to 8 shown embodiment with adjustable tilting also run the conveyor swings with rollers 2 on rails 1. The swing shell 15 can be operated in the same way on a bracket 14 and is operated by the rocker arm 6 with lever roller 10 and chains or tie rods 13 .
However, the tilting is not done here by rigid rails. Rather, the Aii @ chlag-cliieiien 5 are suspended laterally from the conveyor track by means of levers on an axis 24 and are at rest.

<tb> stands. <SEP> The <SEP> stop roller <SEP> is <SEP> in the present case arranged to be transversely displaceable by being rotatably mounted between the legs of a carriage block 27 which runs in a dovetail guide 28 of the cross web 26.
The transverse adjustment of the impact roller 25 takes place during operation by a hand lever 29 which is rotatably mounted on the carriage block 2 7 and engages with a pin 31 in notches 32 of the crossbar 26 under the action of a spring 30.
This stop roller 25 rushes ahead of the lever roller 10 of the rocker arm 6 and engages the stop rail 5 by running onto an auxiliary rail 33, the lever 34 of which is supported against fixed stops 35. so that the pressure of the rocker arm 6 does not appear on the control mechanism of the stop 5, but is transmitted to the fixed stop 35.
The auxiliary rail 33, which can be both left and right of the conveyor track for each station at different distances, is pushed downwardly by the stop roller 25, whereby it moves in parallel and the articulated lever 36 takes with it the movement of this Lever 36 is transferred by further levers 37, which are on the same axis 38 with levers 36, with the help of tie rods or beds 39 to lever 40, which in turn is rigidly connected to the shaft 24 of the levers 34 carrying the stop rails 5 .
A transfer lever shaft 41 is used, for example, to transfer the lever action to stop rails on the opposite side of the roadway. Only after the stop rails 5 have been pivoted into the path of the toggle levers 6 can they come into operation.
The length of the auxiliary rail 33 is to be measured so that it is depressed for so long and thus keeps the stop rail 5 indented until the roller 10 of the rocker arm 6 has left the stop rails 5 again.
This arrangement offers the advantage that, first of all, the number of independent dropping stations can be increased many times over by combining the possibilities of interaction between stop rollers 25 and auxiliary rails 33 on the one hand and between rocker arm 6 and stop rails 5 on the other. On the other hand, the rocker arm 6 can be placed close to its bearing point on the swing bracket 14 to avoid the swing angle pivoting out of its path. Furthermore, this embodiment offers the advantage that the back pressure of the rocker arm 6 on the stop rails 5 is caught by fixed stops 35, so that the control mechanism is relieved.
Again, side guides 16 are seen at the stations before, also not shown Ge counter rails 19 can be provided; which prevent the stop roller 25 from evading by supporting the crosspiece 26 from.
Just as in the case just discussed the indentation of the stop rails 5 took place mechanically, the same can be also electrically or pneumatically. done hydraulically.
Fig. 6 shows electrical engagement. From a power grid 42 lines lead via a control magnet 43 to contacts 44 which are fastened on both sides of the conveyor track. These contacts are attached to each station at different heights, so that the stop rails 5 are only indented when the contacts 45 on the swing match the station contacts 44 and actuate the magnet 43 to close the circuit.
In a similar way, the stop rails 5 in Fig. 7 are indented pneumatically. Stops 46 on a crosspiece 47 of the swing actuate lever 48 ,. which in turn closing organs, for example valves 49 in a pressure line 50 open. after which the engagement takes place by means of a piston 51 in a pressure cylinder 52. Here, too, the greatest possible possibility for combinations is given by the lateral offset of the stops 46 and lever 48.
